Abstract
The invention relates to a pipe connection in a pipe whose smooth-ended end section is pushed onto a metal fitting which has at least one sheath-like region extending lengthways and provided with a stop element located at the start of the sheath region and projecting radially outwards; a seal is provided between the pipe and fitting, which are joined permanently with the aid of a press tool which is applied on the outside and deforms the pipe plastically. To make a pipe connection of this type suitable for high pressures and temperatures and usable in different application fields it is proposed that the pipe (4, 4') and fitting (1) should be made in the known way of plastically deformable metal and a seal (5, 5') should be provided in the contact region between the outer surface of the fitting (1) and the inner surface of the pipe (4, 4') fitted onto it, said seal covering the entire contact region; the contact region should be provided with at least one crimp-type deformation point (7') which forms the axial securing element at the fitting end and also grips the fitting (1); the distance between the deformation point (7) and the end face of the fitting (1) is small enough to ensure that the seal (5') in that region is also gripped by the deformation.

Der dem Anschlag benachbarte Bereich weist zwei Innennuten auf, in denen je ein Dichtring angeordnet ist. Der restliche Abschnitt ist stark konturiert, so daß sich das aufgeschobene Rohr bei der Verpressung in die Kontur einformen kann. Nach dem Aufschieben wird von außen eine Preßzange angesetzt und das Rohr sowohl im Dichtringbereich als auch im konturierten Bereich aufgepreßt. Dabei übernimmt der Dichtringbereich die Dichtfunktion und der konturierte Bereich die axiale Sicherung. Nachteilig bei diesem System ist, daß das Verbundrohr nur für einen engen Temperatur- und Druckbereich einsetzbar ist. Weiterhin ist der Fitting in seiner Herstellung sehr aufwendig, da die konturierten Endbereiche sowie der Dichtringbereich präzise hergestellt werden müssen.Extract from the company brochure). Nach dem Aushärten ergibt dies eine stoffschlüssige Verbindung, wobei der Kleber 10,10' sowohl die Dichtfunktion als auch die axiale Sicherung übernimmt. Da die durch eine solche Verbindung zu übertragenden Kräfte begrenzt sind, kann vergleichbar wie in Figur 1 zusätzlich eine sickenartige Verpressung angeformt werden. Für niedrigere Druckstufen wird die Kleberverbindung ausreichend sein, während man für höhere Drücke und möglicherweise zusätzliche Schwingungsbeanspruchungen der Leitungen die zusätzliche mechanische axiale Sicherung bevorzugen wird.

Rohrverbindung mit einem Rohr, dessen glattendiger Endabschnitt auf einen metallischen Fitting aufgeschoben ist, der mindestens einen in Längsrichtung sich erstreckenden hülsenartigen Bereich aufweist, der mit einem zu Beginn der Erstreckung liegenden, radial nach außen sich erstreckenden Anschlag versehen ist und bei der zwischen Rohr und Fitting eine Dichtung angeordnet ist und Rohr und Fitting mittels eines außen angesetzten das Rohr plastisch verformenden Preßwerkzeuges unlösbar miteinander verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Rohr (4,4') und Fitting (1) in bekannter Weise aus plastisch verformbarem Metall sind und im Kontaktbereich zwischen der Außenoberfläche des Fittings (1 ) und der Innenoberfläche des aufgeschobenen Rohres (4,4') eine über den gesamten Kontaktbereich sich erstreckende Dichtung (5,5') angeordnet ist und der Kontaktbereich mindestens eine am Fittingende die axiale Sicherung bildende sickenartige auch den Fitting (1) miterfassende Verformungsstelle (7') aufweist und der Abstand von der Verformungsstelle (7') bis zur Stirnseite des Fittings (1) so gering ist, daß die in diesem Bereich liegende Dichtung (5') von der Verformung miterfaßt wird.1.
