Die Erfindung betrifft ein aushängbares Türscharnier nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a detachable door hinge according to the preamble of claim 1.

Aushängbare Türscharniere werden in der modernen Serienproduktion von Kraftfahrzeugen angewandt, um die Türen bereits in deren Rohbau in die Karosserie einpassen und einjustieren und sie dann während der Montage und Ausrüstung des Fahrzeuges von der Karosserie abnehmen zu können, was dadurch erreicht wird, daß einerseits beide Hälften der Türscharniere am jeweiligen Türanordnungsteil Tür oder Türholm in einer solchen Lage angebracht und unverrückbar befestigt sind, so daß beim erneuten Einsetzen der Tür in die Fahrzeugkarosserie die Tür zum Türausschnitt der Karosserie exakt fluchtend eingepaßt ist. Eine solche vorübergehende Abnehmbarkeit der Türen bringt einerseits den Vorteil mit sich, daß die Türen in gesonderten Arbeitsbereichen aufgarniert werden können, andererseits wird zugleich der Vorteil erreicht, daß die Montage und die Ausrüstung des Fahrzeuges bei abgenommenen Türen wesentlich rascher und leichter durchzuführen ist.
Unbeschadet des hieraus resultierenden Erfordernisses einer Trennbarkeit, insbesondere Aushängbarkeit, der Türscharniere besteht jedoch im modernen Kraftwagenbau die Notwendigkeit, eine dauerhaft absolut wartungsfreien Gestaltung der Scharnierlagerung zu gewährleisten.
Für die Gestaltung eines aushängbaren Türscharnieres der eingangs genannten Bauart ist daher bereits vorgeschlagen worden, daß der Scharnierstift mit dem aufsteckbaren Scharnierauge über eine mit diesem formschlüssig in Eingriff gelangende Profilierung mindestens eines Teiles seiner Länge drehsicher verbunden ist, wobei jeweils der Scharnierstift und das Scharnierauge der aushängbaren Scharnierhälfte wenigstens über einen Teil ihrer Länge hin mit axial gerichteten, radial verlaufenden, wechselweise angeordneten und ineinander greifenden Vorsprüngen und Vertiefungen versehen sind, insbesondere in der Weise, daß der in der einen Scharnierhälfte drehbar gelagerte Scharnierstift mit einem radial ausladenden, die obere Stirnfläche des Scharnierauges der einen Scharnierhälfte übergreifenden Bund versehen ist, der an seiner Oberseite mit axial gerichteten Rippen und Rillen bzw. Vorsprüngen und Vertiefungen versehen ist, welchen eine gleichartige axial gerichtete Profilierung in der Stirnfläche des Scharnierauges der anderen Scharnierhälfte zugeordnet ist. Eine solche Scharniergestaltung gestattet es den Scharnierstift einerseits dauerhaft wartungsfrei in der einen Scharnierhälfte zu lagern und ihn im Zuge des Einhängens der Türe gleichzeitig auch drehsicher mit der anderen Scharnierhälfte zu koppeln, so daß sicher gestellt ist, daß sich der Scharnierstift beim Öffnen und Schließen der Türe ausschließlich in der wartungsfreien Lagerung dreht.
Diese bekannten Ausbildungen aushängbarer Scharniere zeichnen sich, von mehr oder minder geringfügigen Abwandlungen abgesehen, übereinstimmend dadurch aus, daß der radial ausladende, die obere Stirnfläche des Scharnierauges der einen Scharnierhälfte übergreifende, an seiner Oberseite mit einer axial gerichteten schräg zur Scharnierachse gerichteten konischen Ausrichtfläche versehene Bund mit dem Scharnierstift einteilig ausgebildet ist. Aus dieser einteiligen Ausbildung von Scharnierstift und konischer Ausrichtfläche bzw. diese tragendem Bund resultieren in manchen Fällen, insbesondere dann, wenn eine Vormontage des-Scharnieres mit weiteren Anbauteilen, wie z.B. einem aufgesetzten Türfeststeller, erforderlich ist, Schwierigkeiten, da eine Montage im Wege eines Einführens des Schnierstiftes durch das Scharnierauge der nicht aushängbaren Scharnierhälfte infolge der radialen Ausladung des Bundes bzw. der an diesem ausgebildeten konischen Ausrichtfläche nicht möglich ist. Aber auch bei der Montage eines einfachen aushängbaren Scharnieres bringt die mit dem Scharnierstift einteilige Ausbildung von konischer Ausrichtfläche bzw. diese tragendem Bund gewisse Nachteile mit sich, insbesondere dahingehend, als der Scharnierstift in einem besonderen Arbeitsgang und unter Einsatz einer zusätzlichen Sicherungsplatte oder dergl. gegenüber dem Scharnierauge derjenigen Scharnierhälfte, in welcher er bleiben und mit Laufsitz gelagert ist, gegen ein Wandern in axialer Richtung gesichert werden muß.

Gemäß einer zweiten Gestaltungsform kann aber auch vorgesehen sein, daß der Konusring vermittels einer Innenumfangsprofilierung, gegebenenfalls in Verbindung mit einer zumindest bereichsweisen komplementären Außenumfangsgestaltung des Scharnierstiftschaftes, kraftschlüssig drehsicher mit dem Scharnierstift verbindbar ist. Bei dieser Gestaltungsweise einer drehsicheren Koppelung von Scharnierstift und Konusring erfolgt die Herstellung des Kraftschlusses zwischen Scharnierstiftschaft und Konusring unter der Wirkung einer auf das freie Ende des Scharnierstiftschaftes aufschraubbaren und die aushängbare Scharnierhälfte gegen den Konusring verspannende, vorzugsweise als Konusmutter ausgebildeten Mutter. Die beiden im Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigten, aushängbaren Kraftwagentürscharniere bestehen jeweils aus einer ersten am einen Türanordnungsteil, insbesondere der Türsäule, befestigbaren Scharnierhälfte 1 und einer mit dieser über einen Scharnierstift 2 verbundenen, am anderen Türanordnungsteil, insbesondere der Türe, befestigbaren zweiten Scharnierhälfte 3, wobei der Scharnierstift 2 ein Scharnierauge 4 der einen Scharnierhälfte 1 und ein Scharnierauge 5 der anderen Scharnierhälfte 3 durchgreift. Der Scharnierstift 2 ist hierbei jeweils in der einen Scharnierhälfte 1 vermittels einer als Kragenbuchse 6 ausgebildeten Lagerbuchse aus wartungsfreiem Lagermaterial mit Laufsitz frei drehbar und bleibend wartungsfrei gelagert.
Mit der aushängbaren Scharnierhälfte 3 steht der Scharnier-stift 2 vermittels eines einerseits einen Bund 7 und andererseits eine konische Ausrichtfläche 13 aufweisenden Konusringes 8 im Eingriff. Der Konusring 8 ist als eigenständiges Bauteil ausgeführt und mit dem Schaftteil 9 des Scharnierstiftes 2 vermittels einer axial gerichteten Innenumfangsprofilierung 10 in seiner Durchgangsöffnung sowie einer komplementären Außenumfangsprofilierung des zugehörigen Längenabschnittes 11 des Scharnierstiftschaftes im Wege einer Zusammensteckverbindung drehsicher verbindbar. In seiner gegen einen ersten Bund 12 des Scharnierstiftschaftes 11 anliegenden Stellung auf dem Scharnierstiftschaft ist der Konusring 8 durch eine auf das mit einem Außengewinde 14 ausgestattete freie Ende des Scharnierstiftschaftes aufschraubbare und mit der aushängbaren Scharnierhälfte 3 zusammenwirkende Mutter 15 gehalten. Bei den gezeigten Ausführungsformen ist die Mutter 15 als Konusmutter ausgebildet und weist an ihren Werkzeugansatz 16 anschließend einen konischen Fortsatz 17 auf, welchem eine komplementär gestaltete konische Erweiterung 18 der Scharnieraugenbohrung 5 der anderen Scharnierhälfte 3 zugeordnet ist. Im Bereich des Überganges zwischen seinem der drehsicheren Abstützung des Konusringes 8 zugeordneten Längenabschnitt 11 und seinem mit einem Außengewinde 14 ausgestatteten Längenabschnitt ist der Scharnierstiftschaft mit einem weiteren Bund 19 versehen. Bei zusammengesetztem Türscharnier liegt der Konusring 8 mit seiner den Bund 7 bildenden Fläche auf der innenliegenden Gewebefläche 20 der nicht aushängbaren Scharnierhälfte 1 auf und ist in axialer Richtung mittels der Mutter 15 gegen den ersten Bund 12 des Scharnierstiftschaftes 11 verspannt.
Bei der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsform ist der Scharnierstift 2 mit einem die außenliegende Gewerbefläche 22 der nicht aushängbaren Scharnierhälfte übergreifenden Kopf 21 ausgestattet.
Bei der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Ausführungsform ist an die nicht aushängbare Scharnierhälfte 1 ein durch einen, lediglich schematisch dargestellten Türfeststeller 23 gebildetes Anbauteil angeschlossen, wobei der Scharnierstift 2 über eine das Scharnierauge 4 der nicht aushängbaren Scharnierhälfte 1 überragenden Längenabschnitt 25 mit einem in der Zeichnung nicht im Einzelnen gezeigten antreibbaren Teil des Türfeststellers 23 im mitnehmenden Eingriff steht. Das Gehäuse des Türfeststellers 23 ist bei der gezeigten Ausführungsform vermittels eines Stiftes 26 drehsicher mit der nicht aushängbaren Scharnierhälfte 1 verbunden.

In its position on the hinge pin shaft against a first collar 12 of the hinge pin shaft 11, the cone ring 8 is held by a nut 15 which can be screwed onto the free end of the hinge pin shaft equipped with an external thread 14 and cooperates with the detachable hinge half 3. In the embodiments shown, the nut 15 is designed as a conical nut and then has a conical extension 17 on its tool attachment 16, to which a complementary conical extension 18 of the hinge eye bore 5 of the other hinge half 3 is assigned. The hinge pin shaft is provided with a further collar 19 in the region of the transition between its longitudinal section 11 assigned to the rotationally secure support of the conical ring 8 and its longitudinal section equipped with an external thread 14. When the door hinge is assembled, the cone ring 8 rests with its surface forming the collar 7 on the inner fabric surface 20 of the non-detachable hinge half 1 and is braced in the axial direction by means of the nut 15 against the first collar 12 of the hinge pin shaft 11.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the hinge pin 2 is equipped with a head 21 which overlaps the outside commercial area 22 of the non-detachable hinge half.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, an add-on part formed by a door retainer 23, which is only shown schematically, is connected to the non-detachable hinge half 1, the hinge pin 2 via a length section 25 projecting beyond the hinge eye 4 of the non-detachable hinge half 1, with a section shown in the drawing drivable part of the door retainer 23 is not shown in the engaging engagement. In the embodiment shown, the housing of the door arrester 23 is connected in a rotationally secure manner to the non-detachable hinge half 1 by means of a pin 26.

Claims (9)

  1. Lift-off door hinge, in particular for motor vehicle doors consisting of a first hinge half (1) fastenable to a door arrangement part, door or door pillar and comprising a hinge eye (4), and a second hinge half (3) fastenable to the other door arrangement part and also comprising a hinge eye (5) and a hinge pin (2) engaging in the hinge eyes (4, 5) of both hinge halves (1, 2) and being non-rotatably connectable to one of the hinge eyes (5) and being freely rotatable with running fit over a portion of its length in the hinge eye (4) of the one hinge half (1), but being securely mounted against movement in the axial direction and comprising a radially projecting collar (7) spanning the end face (20) of the hinge eye (4) of the one hinge half (1), the hinge pin (2) and the hinge eye (5) of the lift-off hinge half (3) comprising complementary conical alignment faces (13) directed obliquely toward the hinge axis and the hinge pin (2) being non-rotatably connected by means of axial biasing of the mutual alignment faces (13) of collar (7) and hinge eye (5) to the push-on hinge eye (5) of the other hinge half (3), characterised in that the collar (7) spanning the end face (20) of the hinge eye (4) of the one hinge half (1) and the conical alignment face (13) of the hinge pin (2) directed obliquely toward the hinge axis and connected to the collar (7) are formed on an independent part (8) non-rotatably connected to the hinge pin (2).
  2. Door hinge according to claim 1, characterised in that the collar (7) and the conical alignment face (13) of the hinge pin (2) directed obliquely toward the hinge axis is formed on an annular member equipped with a central through-aperture for the hinge pin shaft (9) and designed as a conical ring (8).
  3. Door hinge according to claim 2, characterised in that the conical ring (8) can be connected by means of axially orientated internal peripheral profiling (10) of its through-aperture and complementary external peripheral profiling of the associated longitudinal portion (11) of the hinge pin shaft (9) with interlocking fit and non-rotatably to the hinge pin (2).
  4. Door hinge according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the conical ring (8) can be connected by means of internal peripheral profiling (10) and an external peripheral configuration of the hinge pin shaft (9), complementary at least in certain regions, non-positively and non-rotatably to the hinge pin (2).
  5. Door hinge according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the shaft part (9) of the hinge pin (2) has a diameter reduced stepwise in the axial direction, in such a way that it has two successive collars (12, 19), a first collar (12) being arranged adjacent to its bearing in the hinge eye (4) of the one hinge half (1) and forming an axial support associated with the independent part (8) and a second collar (19) limiting a reduction in the diameter of the hinge pin shaft (9), the region of its threaded portion (14) associated with application of a conical nut (15).
  6. Door hinge according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the hinge pin (2) is provided at one end with a head (21) adjacent to the external outer face (22) of the industrial part of the hinge half in which it is mounted with running fit by means of a bearing bush (6) made of maintenance-free bearing material.
  7. Door hinge according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that a conical nut (15) which can be screwed onto the free end region of the hinge pin shaft (9) equipped with an external thread (14) is arranged opposite the independent part designed as a conical ring (8).
  8. Door hinge according to claim 7, characterised in that the conical ring (8) and conical nut (15) have the same basic diameter and the same angle of inclination with respect to their conical region.
  9. Door hinge according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that a door check (23) is associated with the first hinge half (1), and in that the hinge pin (2) is in driving engagement with a drivable part of the door check (23).
