Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Metallprofilen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein Ausgangsmaterial (10,30) mit über den Querschnitt sich verändernden Materialeigenschaften durch Rollformen zum Profil (24,27) geformt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgangsmaterial (10,30) aus mindestens zwei längsseitig aneinandergeschweissten Blech- oder Profilstreifen (12,14,16) mit unterschiedlichen Materialeigenschaften oder -dimensionen besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blech- oder Profilstreifen (12,14,16) unterschiedliche Dicken (d,e) aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blech- oder Profilstreifen (12,14,16) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung, insbesondere einer Aluminimlegierung der Reihe AA5xxx (AlMg), AA6xxx (AlMgSi) oder AA7xxx (AlZnMg, AlZnMgCu) bestehen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blech- oder Profilstreifen (12,14,16) aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen bestehen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgangsmaterial (10,30) aus seitlich aneinandergeschweissten Walzbändern besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgangsmaterial (10,30) aus seitlich aneinandergeschweissten stranggepressten Profilstreifen (12,14,16) besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgangsmaterial (10) ein stranggepresstes Profil mit unterschiedlicher Dicke umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rollgeformten Metallprofile kontinuierlich zu einem Hohlprofil verschweisst werden.
