Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Zeitsynchronisation von industriellen Anlagen, Gebäudeleitsystemen und/oder vernetzten Bürosystemen, mit einer Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
- In verteilten Systemen, wie industriellen Anlagen, Versorgungs- oder Kommunikationseinrichtungen in Gebäuden oder Büroeinrichtungen ist für bestimmte Prozesse oder zur Fehlerdiagnose eine zeitliche Synchronisation einzelner Anlagenteile oder Einrichtungen wichtig. Bei vernetzten Anlagen wird deshalb z. B. ein Zeitstempel über ein Netzwerk mit übertragen. Bei nicht vernetzten Anlagenteilen werden diese mittels je eines separaten Moduls, das z. B. als Zusatzteil in einer speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerung (SPS) ausgebildet sein kann, synchronisiert. Solche separate Hardwarekonfigurationen sind jedoch vergleichsweise aufwendig und teuer.
- Aus der
DE 296 01 332 U1 ist eine Nebenuhrenanlage bekannt, die aus einer zentralen Steuereinheit für die gleichzeitige Ansteuerung mehrerer analoger Nebenuhren vorgesehen ist. Dabei wird ein Datenleitungssystem zur Übermittlung der Zeitinformation verwendet, wobei die Nebenuhren jeweils einen Mikroprozessor zur Datendecodierung und Funktionssteuerung aufweisen. Weiterhin ist aus derDE 38 03 525 A1 eine Vorrichtung zum Betrieb von Echtzeituhren bekannt, bei denen die Echtzeit von einer Zentraluhr vorgegeben und über die vorhandenen Bussysteme an die einzelnen Teilnehmer weitergeleitet wird. - Demzufolge ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung eine gegenüber bekannten Synchronisationseinrichtungen kostengünstigere Anordnung zur Synchronisation anzugeben.
- Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung entsprechend dem Kennzeichen des Patentanspruchs 1 ausgebildet ist.
- Bei der Erfindung wird eine Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung eingesetzt, die mehrere Anlagenteile synchronisiert, wobei die Anpassung an die entsprechenden Anlagenteile durch eine entsprechende Parametrierung der Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung erfolgt. Somit kann anstelle einer individuellen Hardwareausführung für jede Anlage eine Standard-Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung eingesetzt werden, bei der lediglich eingebbare Parameter an die spezielle Anlage, in der die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung eingesetzt wird, angepaßt werden. Eine derartige Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung ist deutlich kostengünstiger als die bekannten Anordnungen mit Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtungen.
- In vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung zur Langzeitspeicherung der Parametrierung einen programmierbaren Mikrochip auf, insbesondere ein EEPROM oder ein batteriegepuffertes RAM, auf dem anzupassende Strukturen der Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung implementiert sind, und auf dem die anzupassenden Parameter eingestellt werden. Dies ist eine besonders vorteilhafte und kostengünstige Ausführung der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung
- In weiterhin vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung in einem Gehäuse mit einem Display und einer Tastatur als Dialogeinrichtung integriert, was einen weiteren Kostenvorteil schafft.
- In weiterhin vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung eine Uhr auf, die über ein externes Signal, insbesondere ein Funksignal, auf die korrekte Uhrzeit eingestellt wird.
- Weitere Vorteile und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Figurenbeschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen anhand der Zeichnungen und in Verbindung mit den Patentansprüchen. Im einzelnen zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt den Einsatz einer erfindungsgemäßen Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung 1 in einer Anlagenstruktur. Dabei kann es sich um eine industrielle Anlage, ein Gebäudeleitsystem oder ein vernetztes Bürosystem handeln. - Die Anlagenstruktur weist vernetzte Anlagenteile 4, 5, 6 sowie nichtvernetzte Anlagenteile 8 und 9 auf. Die vernetzten Anlagenteile 4, 5 und 6 sind über einen Kommunikationsbus 7 eines Netzwerks, z. B. ein LAN (local area network), datentechnisch mit der Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung 1 verbunden. Die nichtvernetzten Anlagenteile 8 und 9 stehen über entsprechende Datenleitungen bzw. Verbindungen 10 und 11 mit der Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung 1 in Punkt-zu-Punktverbindung.
- Die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung 1 sendet über die Kommunikationsverbindungen 7, 10 und 11 ein zeitsynchrones Signal an die einzelnen Anlagenteile 4, 5, 6, 8 und 9, z. B. in Form von Impulsfolgen oder in einem Telegramm codiert. Anlagenteile können dabei auch PC's 4 oder speicherprogrammierbare Steuerungen 5 sein.
- In beispielhafter Ausgestaltung erhält die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung 1 von einer übergeordneten Uhr 2 über eine, vorteilhafterweise drahtlose, Kommunikationsverbindung 3 Werte über die exakte Uhrzeit, d. h. über die tatsächliche Zeit. Die übergeordnete Uhr 2 kann z. B. ein Zeitzeichensender, z. B. der Zeitzeichensender DCF 77, oder ein GPS-Satellit sein. Der Empfänger für das drahtlose Signal 3 kann entweder in der Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung 1 integriert sein oder ihr als externes Gerät zugeordnet werden. Die zeitliche Synchronisation der Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung 1 mit der übergeordneten Uhr 2 ist besonders dann von Vorteil, wenn in einer großen Anlage mehrere erfindungsgemäße Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtungen 1 eingesetzt werden.

Figur 2 zeigt einen vorteilhaften Aufbau einer erfindungsgemäßen Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung. Diese weist vorteilhafterweise ein Bedienmodul 50 mit einer Tastatur 51 und einem Display 52 als Dialogeinrichtung auf. Die Tastatur 51 ist vorteilhafterweise als Folientastatur ausgebildet. Das Display 52 ist vorteilhafterweise als LC-Display ausgebildet. - Erfindungsgemäß weist die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung 1 ein Ein- und Ausgabemodul 54 auf. Das Ein-/Ausgabemodul 54 hat eine vorgebbare Anzahl von Kanälen, die durch Parametrierung individuell als Eingang oder als Ausgang bestimmbar sind. Beispielsweise sind parametrierbare Eingänge 56 sowie parametrierbare Ausgänge 57, insbesondere zwei Eingänge und acht Ausgänge, vorhanden. Die Parametrierung der parametrierbaren Eingänge 56 bzw. der parametrierbaren Ausgänge 57 erfolgt über das Bedienmodul 50. Das Prozessormodul 53 weist vorteilhafterweise eine Netzwerksschnittstelle 55 zum LAN auf.

Figur 3 zeigt eine beispielhafte und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des Ein- und Ausgabemoduls ausFigur 2 in bezug auf die Schnittstelle für die Eingänge. Eingangssignale E1 und E2 gelangen auf Umsetzer 131, 132, 133, 134 und 135, die in beispielhafter Ausgestaltung als RS 232/TTL-Umsetzer 131, RS 485/TTL-Umsetzer 132, TTY/TTL-Umsetzer 133, 135 oder als Pegel/TTL-Umsetzer 134 ausgebildet sind. Die Auswahl der gewünschten Umsetzer für den Eingang E2 erfolgt über elektronische Schaltelemente 139 und 140. Die Parametrierung der Eingänge E1 und E2 bestimmt also die Auswahl der elekronischen Schalter 139 und 140. Das Prozessormodul 53 inFigur 2 stellt ein Zeitsignal in Form einer Impulsfolge 25, 27 oder eines Telegramms 26, 28 bereit. Die Auswahl zwischen Impulsfolge 25, 27 und Telegramm 26, 28 erfolgt mittels zusätzlicher elektronischer Wahlschalter 22, 23. -
Figur 4 zeigt eine beispielhafte und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des Ein- und Ausgabemoduls ausFigur 2 in Bezug auf die Schnittstelle für die Ausgänge. Das Prozessormodul 53 inFigur 2 stellt ein Zeitsignal in Form einer Impulsfolge 25, 27, 29 oder eines Telegramms 26, 28, 30 bereit. Die Auswahl zwischen Impulsfolge 25, 27, 29 und Telegramm 26, 28, 30 erfolgt mittels Wahlschalter 22, 23, 24. Die Ausgänge der Wahlschalter 22, 23, 24 sind mit Umsetzern 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, die in beispielhafter Ausgestaltung als TTL/RS 232-Umsetzer 31, 36, TTL/RS 485-Umsetzer 32, 37, TTL/TTY-Umsetzer 33, 35, 38 oder als TTL/Pegel-Umsetzer 34 ausgebildet sind, verbunden. Die Auswahl der gewünschten Umsetzer erfolgt vorteilhafterweise über weitere Schalterelemente 39 und 40. Die Parametrierung der Ausgänge 41, 42 und 43 bestimmt somit die Stellung der elektronischen Schalter 22, 23, 24, 39 und 40. In beispielhafter Ausgestaltung weist ein Gerät z.B. vier Ausgänge entsprechend dem Ausgang 41, zwei Ausgänge entsprechend dem Ausgang 42 sowie zwei weitere Ausgänge entsprechend dem Ausgang 43 auf. - Die Struktur gemäß den
Figuren 3 und4 ist vorteilhafterweise auf einem programmierbaren Mikrochip, insbesondere einem EEPROM oder einem anderen langzeitstabilen Speicher, wie batteriegepuffertes RAM, implementiert. Auf dem programmierbaren Mikrochip sind über das inFigur 2 gezeigte Bedienmodul 50 die Stellungen der Schalter 22, 23, 24, 39, 40 einstellbar. - Während bei bekannten Lösungen die für eine bestimmte Anlage notwendigen Ausgänge einer Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung durch zusätzlichen Hardwareaufwand, z. B. in Form von Einsteckkarten in eine speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung erfolgt, ermöglicht die erfindungsgemäße Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung die Anpassung an eine bestimmte Anlage durch Parametrierung der Stellung der Schalter 22, 23, 24, 39, 40. Auf diese Weise lassen sich die Kosten für eine derartige Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung als auch die Kosten für die Installation einer derartigen Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung deutlich verringern. Bei besonders komplexen Anlagen kann vorgesehen werden, mehrere erfindungsgemäße Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtungen einzusetzen, um die notwendige Anzahl von Ausgängen zu erhalten.
Claims (10)
- Anordnung zur Zeitsynchronisation von industriellen Anlagen, Gebäudeleitsystemen und/oder vernetzten Bürosystemen, mit einer Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung (1), die ausgebildet ist, zumindest zwei Anlagenteile (4, 5, 6, 8, 9) oder elektronische Gebäudeleit- oder Büroeinrichtungen zeitlich durch individuell an die Anlagenteile (4, 5, 6, 8, 9) oder elektronischen Gebäudeleit- oder Büroeinrichtungen angepasste Synchronisationssignale zu synchronisieren,
wobei die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung (1) durch Parametrierung zur Ausgabe der angepassten Synchronisationssignale für die Anlagenteile (4, 5, 6, 8, 9) oder elektronischen Gebäudeleit- oder Büroeinrichtungen einstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung (1) ein Ein/Ausgabemodul (54) mit einer vorgebbaren Anzahl von Kanälen, die durch Parametrierung individuell als Eingang (56) oder Ausgang (57) bestimmbar sind, aufweist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch Parametrierung angepaßten Synchronisationssignale Teil eines Datentelegramms einer Punkt- zu Punktverbindung zu einzelnen Anlagenteilen (8,9) sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch Parametrierung angepaßten Synchronisationssignale Teil eines Datentelegramms auf einem Kommunikationsbus (7) eines Netzes, insbesondere einem vorhandenen LAN-Netz, sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung (1) zur Langzeitspeicherung der Parametrierung einen programmierbaren Mikrochip, insbesondere EEPROM oder batteriegepuffertes RAM, aufweist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung (1) in einem Gehäuse (100) mit einer Tastatur (51) und einem Display (52) als zugeordnete Dialogeinrichtung (50) integriert ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dialogeinrichtung (50) eine Schnittstellle zu einem PC od. dgl. beinhaltet.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dialogeinrichtung (50) durch eine Fernbedienung über einen Kommunikationsbus (7) für ein Netz, wie insbesondere vorhandens LAN, realisiert wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ein/Ausgabemodul (54) zwei parametrierbare Eingänge (56) und acht parametrierbare Ausgänge (57) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zeitsynchronisationseinrichtung (1) ein Ergänzungsmodul für einen Rechner einschließlich zugehöriger Software bildet.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Uhr über ein externes Signal, insbesondere ein Funksignal (3), auf die korrekte Uhrzeit eingestellt wird.
