Abstract

Der erfindungsgemäße flexible Schüttgutbehälter ( FIBC ) ,bestehend aus einem textilen Gewebe aus hochfesten Kunststoffäden oder -bändchen ,zeigt dem Benutzer aus UV-Strahlungseinwirkung resultierende Materialschädigungen und damit den Zeitpunkt seiner aus Sicherheitsaspekten angeratenen Ausmusterung an.Das Anzeigen des aktuellen Materialschädigungszustandes wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Fäden oder Bändchen des Behältergewebes mehrschichtig aufgebaut sind, wobei auf einer die Innenseite des Schüttgutbehälters bildenden Trägerschicht mindestens eine äußere Funktionsschicht aufgebracht ist, die durch UV-Strahlungseinwirkung mit der Zeit photochemisch abbaut, wodurch der Verbund zur Trägerschicht sukzessive verloren geht und letztendlich die Trägerschicht freigelegt wird.Sind die Einzelschichten der Gewebefäden oder -bändchen unterschiedlich eingefärbt,wird der Schädigungszustand in Form eines
