Abstract

Cet élément d'insertion, destiné à un récipient pour boissons et à aider à produire un faux col crémeux et mousseux sur la boisson, comprend une chambre (30) pourvue de deux ouvertures (31c) jointes à l'intérieur de celle-ci, afin de former un tube (32), lequel comporte deux trous de purge (33a et 33b) ménagés dans sa paroi latérale pour permettre une communication entre la chambre et le tube. On place l'élément d'insertion (I) dans un récipient (C), après remplissage de celui-ci à l'aide d'une boisson (B), de manière à ce que le trou de purge inférieur (33b) soit situé sous la surface de la boisson et que l'autre soit situé au-dessus. Une mise sous pression ultérieure du récipient (C) (par ajout d'une goutte d'azote liquide immédiatement avant la fermeture du récipient) provoque une arrivée de pression dans la chambre, par chaque trou de purge, ainsi qu'une introduction à la fois de gaz et de boisson sous pression, jusqu'à ce que les pressions dans la chambre et dans le récipient soient sensiblement égales; lors de l'ouverture du récipient (C), la chute de pression dans celui-ci provoque la sortie de la pression via le tube, créant ainsi un jet de gaz (H) dans la boisson.
