Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de serrage pour fixer des clichés sur le cylindre porte-cliché de machines d'impression, en particulier pour fixer des plaques d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque de machines d'impression offset à feuilles, constitué d'une partie supérieure et d'une partie inférieure (2,3), une partie étant montée de façon solidaire du cylindre et l'autre partie coopérant de façon correspondante avec celle-ci étant montée de façon mobile dans au moins approximativement la direction radiale du cylindre, d'un dispositif d'actionnement (7) agissant sur la partie supérieure ou la partie inférieure mobile pour l'ouverture et le serrage, ainsi que de pièces (9,10) transmettant élastiquement par ressort la force de serrage sur la partie supérieure ou la partie inférieure mobile (2, 3),
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une pièce du dispositif d'actionnement (7) agissant sur la partie supérieure ou la partie inférieure mobile (2,3) présente une élasticité de ressort devenant effective lors de la génération de la force de serrage, le dispositif d'actionnement étant réalisé comme un arbre (7), lequel est appuyé de façon solidaire du cylindre par l'intermédiaire de paliers (6) écartés axialement les uns des autres, et peut être cintré, dans une mesure prédéfinie, entre les paliers (6) par la force de serrage à appliquer.
  2. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (7) présente, entre deux paliers (6), à chaque fois au moins un excentrique (9) ou une came coopérant avec la partie inférieure ou la partie supérieure (3,2).
  3. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure ou la partie supérieure (3,2) présente, à chaque fois, un galet (10) coopérant avec la came ou l'excentrique (9) de l'arbre (7).
  4. Procédé pour changer des clichés du cylindre porte-cliché de machines d'impression, en particulier pour changer des plaques d'impression du cylindre porte-plaque de machines d'impression offset à feuilles, le cliché étant retiré de la zone de prise d'un dispositif de serrage après l'ouverture du dispositif de serrage associé au début de l'impression du cylindre et maintenant le bord avant du cliché, et, pour ouvrir et fermer le dispositif de serrage, le cylindre porte-cliché étant déplacé dans des positions prédéfinies et tourné, pour changer le cliché, dans des sens prédéfinis, en utilisant un dispositif de serrage selon une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que, après l'ouverture du dispositif de serrage associé au début de l'impression du cylindre et maintenant le bord avant du cliché, le cylindre porte-cliché est tourné en arrière d'une valeur angulaire prédéfinie, en ce que le cliché est fixé en position à la fin du mouvement par maintien d'au moins une partie du cliché, et en ce que, ensuite, le cylindre porte-cliché est tourné en avant, jusqu'à ce que le bord avant du cliché ait été retiré du dispositif de serrage ouvert.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que, après la fixation en position du cliché, le cylindre porte-cliché est à nouveau tourné en avant dans la position dans laquelle l'ouverture du dispositif de serrage maintenant le bord avant du cliché est effectuée, et, dans cette positon, un nouveau cliché est introduit dans la zone de prise ouverte du dispositif de serrage.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le cliché enlevé du cylindre porte-cliché, après le montage d'un nouveau cliché sur le cylindre porte-cliché, est retiré de la position fixée.
