Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Regelung der Bahnspannung in einer Druckmaschine, die einen zyklisch arbeitenden Impulsgeber (6) aufweist, der seine Impulse von einem Druckzylinder (1) der letzten Druckeinheit (A) der Druckmaschine erhält,
    die ferner einen Inkrementalimpulsgeber (8) aufweist, der seine Impulse von der Bahn (3) erhält und
    die eine frei bewegbar gelagerte Umlenkrolle (4) zur Spannung der Bahn (3) am Ausgang aufweist, wobei die beiden Impulsgeber (6, 8) mit einem PID-Regler (10) verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der andere Eingang des PID-Reglers 10 mit einer Druckschrittreferenzeinheit (9') verbunden ist,
    daß der Ausgang des PID-Reglers (10) mit einem elektropneumatischen Wandler (11) verbunden ist, der zur Steuerung eines pneumatischen Stellgliedes (5) dient,
    das auf die frei bewegbar gelagerte Umlenkrolle (4) zur Beeinflussung der Bahnspannung am Ausgang wirkt, so daß ein gleichmäßiger, konstanter Druckvorgang mit der Druckmaschine erzielbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Informationen der beiden Impulsgeber (6, 8) von einer Meßeinheit (9) für den Druckvorgang / die Bahnspannung empfangen werden, deren Ausgang mit dem PID-Regler (10) verbunden ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßeinheit (9) für den Druckvorgang / die Bahnspannung einen Zähler umfaßt, der bei jedem Impuls des zyklisch arbeitenden Impulsgebers (6) zurückgestellt wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einheit (12) zum Melden von Schrittabweichungen mit der Meßeinheit (9) für den Druckschritt und mit einer Referenzeinheit (9') für den Druckschritt verbunden bzw. zwischen diesen angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der PID-Regler (10) einen analog-digitalen Wandler (13) aufweist, der ein Signal für die Druckabweichung liefert und der mit einem Verstärker (14) verbunden ist, der das Korrektursignal an den elektro-pneumatischen Wandler (11) gibt.
