Abstract

Eine Ziehvorrichtung für eine Presse ist mit einem Ziehstößel (7), mit einem Blechhalter (6) mit einem darin gehaltenen Blech (8), und mit einer unter dem Blechhalter angeordneten Druckwange (1), die mit einer parallel zur Ziehrichtung verschiebbaren Kolbenstange (2) verbunden ist, versehen. Die Kolbenstange ist mit einem Vorbeschleunigungskolben (4) eines Vorbeschleunigungszylinders (3) wirkverbunden. Ziehzylinder (9) greifen über Ziehstangen (17) an der Druckwange an, wobei die Ziehzylinder Ziehkolben (19) mit ersten (18) und zweiten Kolbenräumen (10) aufweisen. Der erste zur Ziehstange gerichtete Kolbenraum ist während des Ziehvorganges zur Blechumformung druckgeregelt. Bei Pressenstillstand während einer Blechumformung ist eine Steuerventileinrichtung (28) aktivierbar, durch die zur Aufrechterhaltung des bei Beginn des Pressenstillstandes herrschenden Druckes in dem ersten Kolbenraum (18) während der Zeit des Pressenstillstandes durch einen Druckmittelerzeuger (30) Druckmittel in den ersten Kolbenraum einbringbar ist.
