Abstract
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Rotordüse für ein Hochdruckreinigungsgerät mit einem Gehäuse (1) und einem im Gehäuse drehbar gelagerten, von der Reinigungsflüssigkeit angeströmten Turbinenläufer (4), mit einem stromabwärts des Turbinenläufers angeordneten Düsenträger (6) mit einer Düse, deren Austrittsachse mit der Drehachse des Turbinenläufers einen spitzen Winkel einschließt und die mitsamt dem Düsenträger vom Turbinenläufer so auf einer Kreisbahn um dessen Drehachse bewegt wird, daß der aus der Düse austretende Strahl der Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf einem Kegelmantel umläuft, mit einem die Antriebsbewegung des Turbinenläufers mit erheblich heruntergesetzter Drehzahl auf den Düsenträger übertragenden Planetengetriebe mit einem mit dem Turbinenläufer verbundenen Sonnenrad (8), einem mit dem Düsenträger verbundenen Planetenrad (10) und einem an der Innenseite des Gehäuses angeordneten oder ausgeformten Hohlrad (11), in dem das Planetenrad angetrieben vom Sonnenrad abwälzt, wobei die Düse sich mit einem an ihr ausgebildeten kugeligen vorderen Ende in einer in der Mitte offenen, am Gehäuse befestigten pfannenartigen Dichtung (12) abstützt, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß der Düsenträger in Richtung der Austrittsachse der Düse geneigt angeordnet ist und daß auf dem Düsenträger am von dem kugeligen Ende abgewandten hinteren Ende das Planetenrad des Planetengetriebes drehbar gelagert ist.
