Definitions
- Cistern pumps are currently used as submersible pumps in water tanks used to promote the accumulated rainwater.
- the water collected in the cisterns contains suspended matter and other, partially dissolved dirt particles such as lime, flowers, moss, organic components and ferrous compounds that according to crystallize out after a certain time and settle on the cistern floor settle and sediment there. Partially forms a stratification in water with different density and different Viscosity behavior.
- Cistern pumps should be as pure as possible without water remove the sediments and without vortex formation, so that the natural stratification of the water is not disturbed. So that can depending on the need, for example from the upper layers pure water separated by a suction filter be removed.
- the object of the present invention is therefore a cistern pump in such a way that they are particularly suitable for suction Suitable in water-free and sediment-free water zones without the natural stratification or sediment deposits disturb. Setting up the cistern pump should no longer be local, but should in principle all places, also outside the cistern, are made possible.
- the cistern pump 3 shows one on the pressure pump 1 side suction port 2.
- the suction port 2 has a metric internal thread and can be connected to a fitting 5 be that can be formed in the form of a nipple. This makes it possible to use a defined suction port 2 To provide connection opening, so that in contrast to the stand technology in water no uncontrolled flow movements can arise.
- the cistern pump stands on a base plate 9, which is fixed with the pressure pump 1 is connected. Because the weight of the electric motor 4 from above onto the pressure pump 1 and thus onto the base plate 9 acts, a high level of stability of the cistern pump is also guaranteed without additional attachment.
- vibration dampers 10, 11 are arranged so that all interference from the Operation of the pump on the sediment or on the bottom of the cistern can be exercised, switched off.
- the cistern pump can be used both underwater and in the dry installation.
- the cistern pump according to the invention is suitable especially because it has water cooling. This is explained in more detail below with reference to FIG. 2.
- FIG. 2 shows a partial section through the engine part of the invention Cistern pump 3. You can see the in the sectional view Motor 4, the mechanical coupling 12, 13 with the Pressure pump part 1 is connected. Located around the engine 4 a cooling jacket 14, which from the pressure pump part 1 flushed up water is flushed. This makes it suitable the cistern pump according to the invention also for dry installation.
- FIG 3 it is shown how the pressure pump 1 via an extension piece 7 in the form of an elastic pressure hose an intake fine filter 8 is connected.
- the extension piece 7 is pushed onto the fitting 5 and with a Hose clamp 15 secured.
- the intake fine filter 8 by a floating ball 16 kept at a suitable level. This will prevent the pump from being primed protected from suspended matter or sediments.
- the water has a high quality and can be directly from the cistern through the lines to the consumer point.
- an outgoing pressure hose 17 is on attached upper end of the cistern pump 3.
- the cistern pump is a cable 18 also on the top End connected with which the pump operation when drawing water can be controlled fully automatically.
