- the reinforcing elements 10 according to the invention are inserted in the container during the production cycle thereof, between the two films destined to form the two opposite walls 3 of the container, and the weld lines 12 are advantageously made from the outside of the container.

Claims (8)
- Behälter aus biegsamem Material, aus einem oder mehreren Schichten, auf mindestens einer Oberseite hitzeversiegelbar, insbesondere geeignet für flüssige, viskose und körnige Produkte, der eine Standfläche (2) aufweist, von der sich mindestens zwei sich gegenüberliegende Wände (3) erheben, die entlang der Umfangslinie aneinander sowie an der Standfläche (2) befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er auf der Innenseite mindestens ein Verstärkungselement (10) aufweist, das an den sich gegenüberliegenden Wänden (3) befestigt ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (10) eine biegsame Membran aus Folienmaterial aufweist, deren Enden an den sich gegenüberliegenden Wänden (3) des Behälters (1) entlang entsprechender Schweißnähte (12) festgeschweißt sind, die grundsätzlich in Höhenrichtung des Behälters (1) verlaufen.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Verstärkungselement (10) ein muffen- oder rohrförmiges Element aus biegsamem Folienmaterial aufweist, das über zwei sich gegenüberliegende Flächen (11) verfügt, die an die entsprechenden Wände (3) des Behälters (1) mit Hilfe von zwei entsprechenden Schweißnähten (12), die grundsätzlich entlang der Höhe des Behälters (1) verlaufen, geschweißt sind und die sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen (11) gegenseitig durch ein weiteres Paar von sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen (21) verbunden sind, die von den Schweißnähten (12) abgehen.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Schweißnahtpaar (12) zwischen einer Fläche (11) des Verstärkungselements (10) und der entsprechenden Wand (3) des Behälters (1) so ausgerichtet ist, dass sie leicht nach oben abweichen.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement (10) auf der Innenseite des Behälters (1) vor dem Auffüllen flach aufliegt und um Falzlinien (20) gewickelt ist, die sich grundsätzlich auf den Mittellinien der Fläche (21) befinden und die die sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen (11) verbinden.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche von 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flächen (21) des Verstärkungselements (10) eine nach oben sich verjüngende Form aufweisen.
- Behälter nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Tragegriff (8) aufweist.
- Behälter nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Ausgußstutzen (7) aufweist.
