Claims (11)
- Zusatzeinrichtung für einen Drucker oder Plotter odgl., der einen hin- und herverfahrenden Schlitten zur Aufnahme des Unterteils von wenigstens einem Druckkopf aufweist, wobei die Zusatzeinrichtung aus einem von einem Originaldruckkopf abgetrennten Unterteil (10, 20, 36) mit Ventilplatte und zugehörigen Kontakten (11, 12), einem Ansatzstück (12, 25, 26, 27, 40), das mit demUnterteil in lösbarer Verbindung zusammengesetzt ist, einem Vorratstank (16) und einer Schlauchleitung (15) besteht, die von dem Vorratstank (16) kommt und mittels unlösbarer Verbindungen an das Ansatzstück (12, 25, 26, 27, 40) angeschlossen ist.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ansatzstück (40) mit dem Unterteil (36) zu einer Tintenkammer zusammenfügbar ist, die nach außen abgedichtet ist.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ansatzstück als Deckel (40) für das Unterteil (36) gestaltet und mit einem Schlauchanschluss (49) versehen ist.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem als Deckel (40) ausgebildeten Ansatzstück und an dem Unterteil (36) jeweils ein in der Kontur des Original-Druckkopfes befindliches Verbindungselement (38, 41) angebracht sind, die ineinandersteckbar und miteinander verrastbar sind.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der ineinandersteckbaren Teile (46, 48) der Verbindungselemente (38, 41) ein umlaufender Dichtungsring (47) angeordnet ist.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ansatzstück (12) als eine Tintenkammer ausgebildet ist, die mit der Ventilplatte des Unterteils (10, 20) dichtend verbindbar ist.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (20) mit mehreren Ventilen versehen ist, mit denen jeweils ein als Tintekammer dienendes Ansatzstück (25, 26, 27) dichtend verbindbar ist, die jeweils mittels einer Schlauchleitung (28, 29, 30) an einen Vorratstank angeschlossen sind.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem oder den Ansatzstücken (12, 25, 26, 27) und dem Unterteil (10, 20) eine Rastverbindung vorgesehen ist.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem Unterteil (20) ein Halter (31) verrastbar ist, der das oder die Ansatzstücke (25, 26, 27) in dem Unterteil (20) fixiert.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für mehrere Ansatzstücke (25, 26, 27) ein gemeinsamer, entsprechend der Anzahl der Ansatzstücke in Kammern unterteilter Vorratstank vorgesehen ist, die jeweils mittels einer eigenen Schlauchleitung (28, 29, 30) an ein eigenes Ansatzstück (25, 26, 27) angeschlossen sind.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Vorratstank (16) eine Blase dient, die innerhalb eines Gehäuses (17) angeordnet ist.
