Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the technical sector of tooling, and in particular of tools for tracing and pointing on parts, plans or the like metallic.
It is well known to use tracing points for drawing lines on any metal support. It is also well known to use needles automatic for pre-drilling or marking areas at pre-established places on metal parts and plans to allow later other drilling operations for example in places selected. The automatic needles are arranged internally with return means and a counterweight for storing energy under the compression effect of the return means for at a given moment release this energy in order to strike and therefore execute on the piece metallic an imprint by crushing material.
To date, automatic needles and tracing points are two tools which are used successively by the operator.
The applicant's approach was therefore to examine the possibilities and methods of designing two tools while ensuring the double tracing function and pointing. Another goal was to miniaturize the tool so that it or easy to use by the operator.
The technology of automatic pointcaux not being directly transposable to the object sought, the applicant was therefore led to design a new tool adapted to the goals and needs sought.
According to a first characteristic, the hand tool is characterized in that it includes a hollow tubular main body constituting the gripping area manual operation of the tool, said body being internally smooth to receive successively an end piece, an elastic return means and a counterweight capable of moving inside said tubular body, and in this that it includes in its front part an internally hollow tapered body receiving the tip to be traced, said tapered body being arranged to receive the point to be traced, a profiled socket hollow internally, said socket being arranged to authorize the passage and sliding of a piston against a elastic return means over part of its length under the pushing effect of the tip, said sleeve authorizing the passage of said piston to come into abutment against the aforementioned counterweight against this elastic means of reminder, and in that the tool provides a tracing function and a pointing.
These characteristics and others will become clear from the rest of the description.

In order to make the object of the invention more concrete, it is now described with a non-limiting manner illustrated in the figures of the drawings.
The tracing and drilling tool is referenced as a whole by (1). he comprises a main tubular main body (2), of great length and the external part constitutes the manual gripping zone of the operator. This tubular body (2) is internally smooth with no protruding area. The end (2a) has a thread (2b) over part of its length to allow the positioning and fixing of a piece forming end piece (3) constituting the end of the tool. This nozzle has a threaded seat (3a) which adjusts in said thread (2b). The tip can receive a pin shape (3b) can be attached to the pocket of a garment. This cap shape cap its end (3c). The front face (3d) of the bearing surface (3a) is likely to come resting against the end of an elastic return means (4) of the spring type. The other end of the body (2) is arranged with an inner shoulder (2d) of significantly larger section than the tubular receiving part of the spring (4). This shoulder is capable of receiving a counterweight (5) of which the function will be specified later. The end (2e) of the tube extends to the front by a threaded seat (2f). The spring (4) is thus compressed and held between the flyweight and the end piece. The adjustment in position of the nozzle by a more or less penetration into the tube causes tensioning of the spring (4).
The tool comprises in its front part an internally hollow tapered body (6) and opening out receiving the point to be traced. Internally, said body has a shoulder (6a) forming a seat for the head of the point arranged for this purpose with a centering collar. The tapered body also has a second shoulder (6b) of diameter greater than the previous one and constituting the housing a socket (7). This socket also has two stepped surfaces (7a, 7b), one (7a) of larger diameter entering the shoulder (6b) of the tapered body, the other (7b) entering the tubular body (2) to come contact with the flyweight. This socket (7) is hollow internally with a double internal shoulder (7c, 7d) allowing the introduction of a piston (8) and a return means (9), and a conduit (7e). The piston (8) has a head (8a) intended to be opposite the end of the point to be traced to cooperate with the head of it. The end of the piston rod (8b) can under the action of the point to be traced causing said piston rod to overflow out of the bushing through the hole (7e) in turn ensuring a push on the flyweight. This may have a blind hole (5a) capable of receiving the end of the piston rod in certain operating phases. In variant, said end of the rod can simply bear against the face of the flyweight.
The tubular body (2) adjusts to the tapered body (6) by connection between the part threaded shoulder (2f) and an internal thread formed on the tapered body.
The operation of the tool should now be described with reference to the Figures 3, 4 and 5 of the drawings.
In the non-stressed state of the tool, shown in FIG. 3, the tip trace is positioned in its seat in the tapered body thanks to the action for supporting the piston urged in extension by the second spring (9). The end of the piston rod is not in contact with the counterweight, which is positioned at the bottom of the tubular body under the relaxing effect of the first spring (4).
When the operator uses the tool for the tracing operation, figure 4, the support of the point to be traced causes the piston to move against the means corresponding reminder (9) and a slight push or possible push on the flyweight.
When the operator wants to carry out the tool where the tool is located an imprint like an automatic needle, it exerts a force manual thrust on the tubular body against the support plane and therefore of the point to be traced. This force exerted then causes compression successive of the two springs causing the movement of the counterweight and the penetration of the end of the piston rod into the counterweight. It's here thrust of the piston which thus causes the movement of the counterweight to against the main spring. The exercise of these efforts makes it possible to carry out a imprint in the best conditions.
The advantages emerge clearly from the invention and in particular, the simplicity of the mechanism, miniaturization of the tool.
