Abstract
Description
The invention relates to fire protection glazing for lightweight Partition walls that are covered with fire protection panels Has support structure made of sheet metal profiles, with at least two Panes of glass clad in fire-rated panels Window reveal are used, being on the respective The outside of the glass is a fire-retardant glazing frame is arranged, the glazing frame made of individual, separate glazing legs made of fire-retardant Composite material exists, each using construction screws are attached, which through the window reveal into a sheet metal arranged behind are screwed.
Such fire protection glazing must be designed that they correspond to the respective fire resistance class, for which the rest of the partition is designed. In particular must also the area of the window frame or the window reveal those required for the respective fire resistance class Provide fire resistance.
Known fire protection glazing has in common that the each arranged on the outside of the glass panes Glazing frame as a closed sheet metal frame are executed that hold the glass pane and one Edge strips of those adjoining the window opening Spread over wall paneling. The effort for the production and storage of this glazing frame is proportionate high because separate glazing frames for each window dimension must be manufactured and kept ready.
With known fire protection glazing (DE 84 27 925 U) a metal frame consists of an outer and a Inner shell, which has a connecting part made of thermal Separating material are connected and for attaching the Fire protection cover holding strips on the metal frame fixed bridge strips connecting the two shells having. The distance between the holding bars and thus the width the window reveal is here by the dimension of the Connection part predefined. Because of the construction The fire protection glazing can only be one specific one at a time prefabricated window element inserted into the metal frame become. Easy adaptation to different window dimensions can not.
The object of the invention is therefore fire protection glazing the genus mentioned in such a way that none prefabricated, adjusted to the respective window size Glazing frames made of sheet metal are more required, so that the manufacture of fire protection glazing is essential simplified and easy adaptation to different Window dimensions is made possible.
This object is achieved in that a multiple glazing consisting of at least two glass panes a spacer frame between the glass panes is arranged, which consists of individual, separate Glazing legs are made of fire retardant material that are each fastened by means of construction screws, which by the Reveal window into a sheet arranged behind it are screwed.
The fire-retardant glazing legs can each in the dimensions specified by the window dimension provided or at the construction site to the given length cut to length and fastened individually. The attachment In principle, using building screws is done in a simple manner just like the attachment of the wall paneling, namely by Screwing onto an internal sheet of the partition.
It has been shown that the use of individual, separate glazing legs made of fire-retardant composite material to build up the glazing frame holding the glass pane sufficient to provide the required fire resistance to offer, so that the use of a closed, one-piece glazing frame made of sheet metal profile can be.
By using a separate from individual Glazing legs made of fire-retardant composite material composite spacing frame can be two or several individual panes of glass in a simple manner in the Window reveal be arranged, being an elaborate Modification or adaptation of the fire protection glazing in the Whole is not necessary. Multiple panes of glass can by using customized spacing frames, each in turn are designed to be fire-retardant, in a simple manner combined and used for fire protection glazing become. Preferably clad in an angular cross-section Frame leg the glazing leg and the subsequent edge strips of the wall paneling. Because of that existing frames do not exist Supporting function and also no fire protection function, but can only form an optically effective aperture Frame frame be made of any material, for example made of metal or plastic. To her too No special requirements are attached, so that these frame legs screwed, glued or can be clipped on. When designing the frame there is extensive freedom because of the frame not in the fire protection test or the static test is involved. The glazing legs can be dimensioned in this way and be arranged so that its outside is flush with the Completes the outside of the wall paneling.
The glazing legs holding the glass pane can be made of be made of different materials, only the There is a requirement that the glazing leg provide the required fire resistance.
According to a preferred embodiment, the Glazing legs made of specially treated plasterboard, preferably plasterboard fire protection boards or fireboard boards (fire retardant composite panels). According to another Embodiment of the invention consist of the glazing legs made of cement-bound material or cement plaster or Fire cement board composites. You can out Multi-layer composite material or from a hollow profile or consist of solid material.
