    une unité blindée formant boítier (5),
    un premier tube (6) qui porte la poignée de porte extérieure (7), et un second tube (8), qui porte un arbre de section carrée (9), qui actionne l'ouverture du verrou principal (4a), les premier et second tubes (6,8) étant enfichés d'une manière télescopique l'un dans l'autre,
    un boulon (10) monté dans le premier tube et pouvant être enfoncé élastiquement pour le couplage des mouvements de rotation des premier et second tubes (6,8), et qui est déplaçable dans la direction radiale et dans la direction verticale de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur à travers des ouvertures formées dans la paroi latérale des tubes (6,8) enfichés l'un dans l'autre, pour réaliser le couplage,
    un dispositif de serrage (11) qui est guidé dans l'unité (5) du boítier et peut être amené, à travers les ouvertures formées dans les tubes, en prise avec le boulon enfonçable (10), pour enfoncer ce dernier,
    un levier oscillant (12) comportant des bras élastiques et qui entraíne le dispositif de serrage (11), les bras élastiques pouvant être entraínés dans les directions opposées par un dispositif d'actionnement (13) entraíné par un moteur, le lecteur de carte (15) actionnant le dispositif d'actionnement (13) entraíné par un moteur, lors de la détermination de la validité d'une carte (6), de manière à rétracter le dispositif de serrage (11) de sorte que le boulon (10) réalise le couplage des tubes (6,8), et
    un barillet de fermeture de secours (17) pouvant être actionné au moyen d'une clé de sécurité,
    caractérisée en ce que les bras élastiques du levier oscillant (12) peuvent être entraínés en outre par un levier de secours (14), et que le barillet de fermeture de secours (17) est disposé dans l'unité blindée (5) formant boítier et entraíne, lors de sa rotation de travail, le levier de secours (14) de telle sorte que ce dernier provoque également un retrait du dispositif de serrage (11).
  2. Serrure de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le levier de secours (14) possède une partie entraínée (14a) et une partie d'entraínement (14b) et est déplaçable entre respectivement une position de repos et une position de secours, que la partie entrainée agit à l'encontre du levier oscillant (12) en sens opposé du dispositif d'actionnement (13) entraíné par un moteur, que la partie d'entraínement (14b) est située dans la voie du déplacement rotatif de travail d'un excentrique (17a), qui s'étend à partir du barillet de fermeture (17), que la position de repos est telle que la partie entraínée (14a) s'applique, dans sa position normale, contre le levier oscillant, tandis que la partie d'entraínement (14) est située dans le trajet de déplacement de travail de l'excentrique (17a), et que la position de secours est telle que la partie entraínée (14a) s'applique contre le levier oscillant (12) et déplace ce dernier pour l'amener dans sa position instantanée, tandis que la partie d'entraínement est située à l'extrémité de la course de déplacement de travail de l'excentrique (17a).
  3. Serrure de sécurité selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le barillet de fermeture (17) comporte un système de fixation à vis s'étendant à partir du côté avant de l'unité (5) formant boítier, que le barillet de fermeture (17) comporte sur sa périphérie, au moins une encoche longitudinale (29), qui peut être orientée à la fin de la fixation par vissage dans la direction radiale avec la pointe (30a) d'un système de verrouillage (30), qui comporte une extrémité en forme de coin (30b), qui forme un plan incliné qui converge vers l'arrière et coopère en glissant avec la pointe conique d'une vis sans tête (31), qui est vissée à partir de l'arrière dans l'unité formant boítier (5) transversalement par rapport au système de verrouillage (30), que le système de verrouillage (30) peut prendre des positions respectives rétractées et avancées, qui correspondent à des états respectifs d'une détente maximale ou d'une compression d'un ressort de retrait (32), que, dans la position rétractée, l'extrémité en forme de coin (30b) est disposée de telle sorte que la partie, qui est située la plus en avant, de son plan incliné est disposée en vis-à-vis de la partie voisine du sommet de la pointe conique de la vis sans tête (31), et que dans la position avancée, l'extrémité en forme de coin (30) est repoussée, avec son extrémité avant, sur la partie plus large de la pointe conique de la vis sans tête (31) et que la pointe (30a) du système de verrouillage (30) est insérée dans l'encoche longitudinale (29).
