Claims (17)
- Auftragsgerät für Heissschmelzkleber, umfassend a) eine langgestreckte Kammer (3';21;29;31) mit einem ersten Ende (4'), das als Eintritt für einen Stab (5') des Heissschmelzklebers ausgebildet ist, und einem zweiten Ende (6'), das mit einer Düse (7') zur Abgabe von geschmolzenem Kleber versehen ist, b) Mittel, um den Stab fortschreitend in die Kammer zu drücken, und c) Mittel zum elektrischen Erhitzen des in der Kammer enthaltenen Teils des Stabs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizmittel mindestens ein Heizelement (13i;13'i;13"i;22;32) aufweisen, das aus einem Streifen (15i;15'i;15"i;24;24';34i) aus einem Werkstoff mit einem elektrischen Widerstand besteht, der mit Mitteln zum Anschluss an eine elektrische Energiequelle versehen ist, wobei der Streifen auf einer elektrisch isolierenden Fläche eines Substrats (14i;23;33) ausgebildet ist, das so ausgebildet bzw. angeordnet ist, dass es in engem thermischen Kontakt mit einer in dieser Kammer (3';21;29;31) enthaltenen Klebermasse ist.
- Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Substrat (14i;22) eben ist.
- Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizelement (22) mit ebenem Substrat (23) in einer zentralen Stellung in der Kammer (21) auf deren Achse angeordnet ist (Fig. 9).
- Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Substrat (23) des Heizelements (22) auf der Seite des Eintritts (21a) eines Kleberstabs in die Kammer (21) als Spitze (27) zugeschnitten ist.
- Auftragsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der beiden Seiten des Substrats (23) einen Streifen (24;24') aus einem Werkstoff mit einem elektrischen Widerstand trägt.
- Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizelement (22) mit ebenem Substrat in einer Seitenwand der Kammer (29) angeordnet ist (Fig. 10).
- Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizelement (32) ein nicht ebenes Substrat (33) aufweist.
- Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Substrat (32) zylindrisch ist und an der Wand der Kammer (31) anliegt.
- Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mehrere Heizelemente (13i;13'i;13"i) aufweist, mit denen die Wand der Kammer (3') ausgelegt ist, wobei die Seiten ihrer Substrate, die die Widerstandsstreifen (15i;15'i;15"i) tragen, der Achse (X) der Kammer zugewandt sind.
- Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (3') eine Konizität auf der Seite der Düse (7') zur Abgabe von Kleber besitzt.
- Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Substrate der Heizelemente jeweils die Form eines langgestreckten Dreiecks aufweisen, das an diese Konizität der Kammer (3') angepasst ist.
- Auftragsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der von jedem Heizelement getragene Widerstandsstreifen (15i; 15'i; 15"i;24;24';34i) durch Siebdruckauftrag einer resistiven Paste auf dem Substrat (141;23;33) mit Hilfe der Technologie der Herstellung von Dickschicht-Hybridschaltungen hergestellt ist.
- Auftragsgerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Streifen (15i;15'i;15"i;24;24';34i) bildende Werkstoff einen positiven Temperaturkoeffizienten besitzt.
- Auftragsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Paste Metalle, Rutheniumund/oder Indiumoxide enthält.
- Auftragsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Substrat ausgewählt ist aus: einem Substrat aus Aluminiumoxid, einem Substrat aus emailliertem Blech, einem Substrat aus rostfreiem Blech, das mit einer dielektrischen Schicht beschichtet ist.
- Auftragsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen einen Widerstand zwischen 1 Ω/□ und 1000 Ω/□ bei einer Dicke von etwa 8 bis 20 µm aufweist.
- Klebestab (5') in festem Zustand zur Versorgung der Kammer (3') des Auftragsgeräts nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab eine zylindrische Form mit regelmäßigem polygonalem Querschnitt entsprechend dem des Eintritts der Kammer (3') aufweist.
