Das Bolzengehäuse 6 weist trafoaußenseitig einen Flansch auf, welcher unter Zwischenlage einer Wanddichtung 10 an der Außenseite des Tranformatorendeckels 8 anliegt.
Claims (15)
- Verbindungssystem für hohe Ströme führende elektrische Leiter, insbesondere an Transformatoren oder Elektrofahrzeugantriebe anzuschließende isolierte Kabel,a) mit wenigstens einem Kontaktbuchsenteil (31; 131) und wenigstens einem Kontaktbolzen (4), die unter Bildung eines Mehrlinienkontaktes zu einer Steckverbindung zusammen steckbar sind,b) wobei das Kontaktbuchsenteil (31; 131) wenigstens eine Aufnahme (41; 141) für einen anzuschließenden Leiter aufweist und in einem eine Buchse (35; 135) bildenden Bereich mehrere, sich in Buchsenlängsrichtung erstreckende Zungen (35'; 135') zur Anlage an den Kontaktbolzen (4) aufweist,
- Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (35'; 135') auf ihrer Innenseite einstückig mehrere, nach innen vorspringende und je einen Linienkontakt ergebende Materialpartien (35'') aufweisen.
- Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialpartien (35'') durchgehend über die gesamte Innenwand der Kontaktbuchse (35) verlaufen.
- Verbindungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Feder (37), vorzugsweise eine Schraubenfeder, mit radial nach innen wirkender Federkraft die Buchse (35; 135) im Bereich der Zungen (35'; 135') umschließt.
- Verbindungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede im Kontaktbuchsenteil (31; 131) vorgesehene Aufnahme (41; 141) für einen anzuschließenden Leiter als quer zur Buchsenlängsrichtung ausgerichtete Preßhülse ausgebildet ist.
- Verbindungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch je ein elektrisch isolierendes Gehäuse (33, 6; 133, 106) für jedes vorgesehene Kontaktbuchsenteil (31; 131) und jeden vorgesehenen Kontaktbolzen (4), wobei die Gehäuse (6, 33; 106, 133) unter Bildung einer fluid- und/oder elektrisch dichten Verbindung ineinander steckbar sind.
- Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (33, 43; 133, 143) für das Kontaktbuchsenteil (31; 131) im Bereich der Aufnahme (41; 141) für den anzuschließenden Leiter zweiteilig ausgebildet ist.
- Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den zwei Gehäuseteilen (33, 43; 133, 143) sowie zwischen den zwei Gehäuseteilen (33, 43; 133, 143) und dem anzuschließenden Leiter eine einteilige Dichtung (45, 47; 145, 147) vorgesehen ist.
- Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einteilige Dichtung (45, 47; 145, 147) an ihrem leiterseitigen Ende an dem Umfang, der an den zwei Gehäuseteilen (33, 43; 133, 143) anliegt, ringförmige Wülste aufweist.
- Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die zwei Gehäuseteile (33, 43; 133, 143) ein Rohrkörper (49; 149) aufschiebbar ist.
- Verbindungssystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rohrkörper (49; 149) eine in Längsrichtung sich erstreckende Auskragung (670) aufweist, die an einer Abdeckung (12) in Anlage ist zur Abstützung des Steckers (1), wobei der Rohrkörper (49; 149) mittels einer Schraubenverbindung (680, 794) fest mit der Abdeckung (12) verbindbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kontaktbuchsenteils für ein Verbindungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Bohren einer Buchse (35; 135) und einer Aufnahme (41; 141) für einen anzuschließenden Leiter in ein die Außenkonturen des Kontaktbuchsenteils (31; 131) aufweisendes massives Stück,Herausarbeiten von je einen Linienkontakt ergebenden Materialpartien (35'') auf der Innenseite der Buchse (35; 135), undTeilen der Buchse (35; 135) in Zungen (35'; 135').
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet durch:Herausarbeiten von Materialpartien (35'') und Teilen der Buchse (35; 135) in einem gemeinsamen Bearbeitungsschritt, vorzugsweise mit einer Räumnadel.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet durch:Herausarbeiten von Materialpartien (35'') durch Stoßen oder Konturendrehen undTeilen der Buchse (35; 135) durch Sägen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, weiterhin gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Lokales Verjüngen eines mittleren Bereiches des massiven Stückes, vorzugsweise durch Anfräsen zweier gegenüberliegender Flanken, undrechtwinkliges Abbiegen des Endes des massiven Stückes mit der Aufnahme gegenüber dem Ende des massiven Stückes mit der Kontaktbüchse.
