Definitions
- the invention relates to a hydraulic combination unit, with a Pump including connection lines and base part containing control elements, which is also arranged essentially coaxially to the pump drive axis Electric motor and one on the same side essentially hydraulic tank arranged coaxially and connected at the end to the base part wearing.
- Such aggregates are known and are becoming more and more common mainly for portable applications or small applications Forces, for example in connection with the hydraulic actuation of Vehicle cover, the adjustment of medical treatment chairs or -tables, and the like, used.
- the main thing is mostly an arrangement that is as small as possible and easy to accommodate, which - apart from of the working cylinders and feed lines to be operated - after Possibility includes all relevant components, so construction and maintenance are as simple as possible.
- DE-C3 32 27 926 is a combination unit for hydraulic applications known in which the base part on one side the pump and the tank and on the other hand the sealed, encapsulated motor for the Pump carries, with a connection opening in the base part of the Motor housing remaining interior can be used as an oil tank. Is to however, a relatively expensive so-called sub-oil motor is required, whereby Furthermore, the attachment of the combination unit over the central, load-bearing Base part causes problems for some applications.
- EP-A1 0 628 720 is a combination unit of the known type, in which to the base part with the pump in In the axial direction, first a tubular tank for the hydraulic medium and then coaxially the electric motor as a pump drive is arranged. The entry of the motor shaft into the tank is sealed, so that the engine itself is outside and not to be specially trained needs.
- the disadvantage is the long tank required penetrating drive shaft for the pump and on the other hand the fact that the tank lying between the engine and the base part and carrying the engine relative must be stiff and therefore heavy.
- a combination unit with a coaxially arranged tank and engine; with the engine in the tank protrudes; is known from EP-0 690 230.
- the object of the present invention is a combination unit of the beginning to improve the type mentioned so that the disadvantages of known arrangements can be avoided and that in particular on simple Wise a compact design with a safe, yet easy arrangement of the drive motor for the pump can be created.
- the The base part accommodates the pump together with the connecting line and control elements Bellhousing and one attached from the side of the electric motor, the electric motor, the motor housing and the hydraulic tank, has separate carrier flange. So that are the essential components of the base part divided according to their function - the load-bearing Elements for the engine and tank are combined in the carrier flange on which the Bellhousing with the hydraulic components related to the tank outer side is attached and fastened from the inside. So you can if necessary, the carrier flange and the bellhousing can also be made of different ones Materials exist - simple replacement, for example, would also be possible specially designed bellhousing for different pressures, Funding volume, or the like.
- the motor housing is the Invention on the side of the base part on the outer circumference of an inside of pushed through the motor shaft tubular extension of the support flange and attached there sealed, preferably in a circumferential groove pressed.
- the suction line to the pump runs according to another further embodiment of the invention in one from the side of the hydraulic tank in the Carrier flange inserted suction pipe and from there through the carrier flange in a feed line in the bellhousing.
- This intake manifold can the respective Attachment conditions of the combination unit are designed accordingly or be arranged so that the function of the hydraulic pump in a simple manner can be ensured without making changes to the housing parts should be.
- the Cover for the outer closure of the motor housing formed in one piece with this which is pot-shaped from the motor side over this pushed and then on the base part - for example as mentioned above - can be attached.
- the jacket of the hydraulic tank on its the base part outer side facing away from the outer circumference of the motor housing is sealed and outside of this seal, preferably in one piece, the Cover of the motor housing bears. This also results in a very simple and dense design for the interior of the electric motor receiving Engine housing.
- the invention on the side facing away from the base part electrical Components for the electric motor, preferably about an interference suppression element and / or a temperature protection element.
- the jacket of the hydraulic tank on the side of the base part pushed over an outer sealing circumference and, preferably according to Art a hose clamp connection, is removably attached. So that's the Interior of the tank and also the engine case easily accessible.
- the motor housing can be made of metal and the jacket of the hydraulic tank are made of plastic.
- the first characteristic enables better heat dissipation from the engine to the tank as well as a good EMC shielding and the second a lighter and simple design, since the tank has nothing to carry but its own weight and also on the side opposite the base part just like described sealed against the tubular motor housing and thus can be supported.
- FIG. 1 shows thereby a partial section through a combination unit according to the invention and 2 shows a reduced perspective view of the combination unit according to FIG. 1.
- the hydraulic combination unit shown consists essentially of a pump 1 together with connecting lines not shown in more detail and control element receiving base part 2, essentially arranged coaxially to the pump drive axis 3, for driving the pump 1 serving electric motor 4 and one on the same side essentially hydraulic tank arranged coaxially and connected to the base part 2 at the end 5.
- the electric motor 4 directly connected to the base part 2, so that all supporting and load-bearing forces or moments are introduced into the base part 2 and this e.g. also for fastening the whole, not shown here
- Combination unit can be designed or used.
- the base part 2 has one here the pump 1 including connecting lines and controls Bellhousing 9 and an attached to it from the side of the electric motor 4, the electric motor 4, the motor housing 7 and the hydraulic tank 5 bearing, separate support flange 10, making the base part 2 functional is divided and for example also from different materials can exist.
- the motor housing 7 is on the side of the base part 2 over the Outer periphery 11 of a tubular through which the motor shaft 12 passes Approach 13 of the carrier flange 10 pushed and sealed there, preferably pressed into a circumferential groove.
- the further circumferential groove shown 15 carries a sealing ring or the like, not shown here.
- the suction line 16 to the pump 1 runs in one from the side of the Hydraulic tanks 5 forth in the support flange 10 inserted suction pipe 17 and then through the carrier flange 10 into a feed line 18 in the bellhousing 9, with which the unit can be easily adapted to the respective installation conditions can.
- the cover 8 for the outer closure of the motor housing 7 is here on the outer end simply pressed into this, but apart from that could also be integrally formed with the motor housing 7 itself.
- the coat 6 of the Hydraulic tanks 5 is on its outer side facing away from the base part 2 sealed against the outer circumference of the motor housing 7 by means of a seal 18, with which the cover 8 also contrary to the embodiment shown here outside of this seal connected to the jacket 6 of the hydraulic tank 5 could be - if necessary also in one piece - around the interior of the motor housing 7 complete.
- the jacket 6 of the hydraulic tank 5 is on the side of the base part 2 via an outer sealing circumference 20 arranged here on the carrier flange 10 pushed and detachably fastened with a hose clamp 21.
- the sealing takes place in a circumferential groove 22 on not shown Way inserted sealing ring or the like.
- Other sealing rings are also provided in grooves 23 between the carrier flange 10 and the pump carrier 9.
- the electrical feed, not shown, of the electric motor 4 can for example from the side of the cover 8 by either axial or Radial cable feed take place, with no special sealing here is necessary, since the interior of the motor housing 7 opposite the tank 5 is dry.
