Abstract
Bandpreßeinheit (1) und Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Bandpreßeinheit mit einem im Bereich eines Preßspaltes (4) durch Stützmittel (9) gelagerten umlaufenden Preßmantel (11), wobei ein aufbereitetes Fluid (12) zum Kühlen des Preßmantels (11) und zum Schmieren des zwischen dem Preßmantel (11) und den Stützmitteln (9) gebildeten Gleitlagers auf den Preßmantel aufgebracht und Fluid (12) an einer Abstreifstelle vom Preßmantel abgenommen wird, wobei das durch die Kühlung des Preßmantels (11) erwärmte Fluid (12) an der Abstreifstelle vollständig vom Preßmantel (11) abgenommen wird, bevor in Laufrichtung des Preßmantels (11) hinter der Abstreifstelle aufbereitetes Fluid (12) aufgebracht wird, um ein Vermischen des erwärmten Fluids mit dem aufbereiteten Fluid zu verhindern. Außerdem wird eine Fluidabstreifvorrichtung (13) für die Bandpreßeinheit mit einem direkt in Kontakt mit dem Fluid stehenden Abstreifelement und mit Anpreßmitteln (82) beschrieben, die das Abstreifelement (51) an einen Preßmantel (11) andrücken, wobei der Querschnitt des Abstreifelements (51) im Bereich des Preßmantels kreis-, ellipsenförmig oder eine beliebig daran angenäherte Freiform ist.
