Abstract

Das elastische Band ist vor allem für Bekleidungsstücke und Miederwaren vorgesehen. Es wird auf Häkel- oder Raschelmaschinen hergestellt. Es besteht aus einer Vielzahl von längs verlaufenden, zu Maschenstäbchen (1) gelegten Kettfäden und mindestens einem pro Maschenstäbchen in dieses eingebundenen Elastomerfaden sowie quer dazu verlegte Schußfäden (2). Gegebenenfalls sind Musterfäden zur Musterung des Bandes eingearbeitet. Pro Maschenstäbchen (1) sind mindestens zwei Elastomerfäden (3, 4) vorgesehen, die innerhalb des zu einem Maschenstäbchen (1) verlegten Kettfadens sich periodisch kreuzend verlegt sind.

The elastic band is primarily intended for clothing and corsetry. It is made on crochet or rustling machines. It consists of a large number of longitudinal warp threads laid to form wales (1) and at least one elastomer thread integrated into each wale as well as weft threads (2) laid transversely to them. If necessary, sample threads for patterning the tape are incorporated. At least two elastomer threads (3, 4) are provided for each wale (1) and are laid periodically crossing each other within the warp thread laid to form a wale (1).
