Claims (15)
- Dispositif de montage pour bobine (12) comportant un fût tubulaire (22) à chacune des extrémités duquel s'étend transversalement une joue (23), ce dispositif de montage étant du genre comportant un arbre de support (32), qui est apte à recevoir la bobine (12), et qui, monté rotatif sur un bâti (13), s'étend en porte à faux à compter de ce bâti (13), et étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, d'une part, du côté du bâti (13), à l'émergence de l'arbre de support (32), un plateau d'appui (36), qui est calé axialement sur le bâti (13), avec interposition de moyens de roulement (35), et qui, coaxial de l'arbre de support (32), s'étend transversalement par rapport à cet arbre de support (32), et, d'autre part, à l'extrémité libre de l'arbre de support (32), un dispositif de serrage (38), qui, attelé à celui-ci, est apte à soumettre la bobine (12) à une force de serrage de nature à la maintenir plaquée contre le plateau d'appui (36) par celle de ses joues (12) qui est située du côté de celui-ci.
- Dispositif de montage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de support (32) se réduit à une simple tige.
- Dispositif de montage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la tige formant l'arbre de support (32) est massive.
- Dispositif de montage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre (D3) de l'arbre de support (32) est au plus égal au quart du diamètre (D2) du plateau d'appui (36).
- Dispositif de montage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre (D3) de l'arbre de support (32) est au moins étal au douzième du diamètre (D2) du plateau d'appui (36).
- Dispositif de montage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le plateau d'appui (36) a un diamètre (D2) au moins égal au diamètre extérieur (D1 ) du fût tubulaire (22) de la bobine (12).
- Dispositif de montage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, à sa périphérie interne, le plateau d'appui (36) est en prise avec une noix de centrage (44) qui est également en prise avec l'arbre de support (32).
- Dispositif de montage suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le plateau d'appui (36) est en prise à emboítement avec la noix de centrage (44), cette noix de centrage (44) comportant une portée cylindrique (45) par laquelle elle est engagée dans une portée cylindrique (46) de ce plateau d'appui (36).
- Dispositif de montage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7, 8, caractérisé en ce que, l'arbre de support (32) étant fileté sur une partie au moins de sa longueur, la noix de centrage (44) est en prise à vissage avec cet arbre de support (32).
- Dispositif de montage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la noix de centrage (44) est également en prise à emboítement avec la bobine (12), cette noix de centrage (44) comportant une portée cylindrique (48) par laquelle elle est engagée dans le fût tubulaire (22) de cette bobine (12).
- Dispositif de montage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (38) est attelé de manière amovible à l'arbre de support (32).
- Dispositif de montage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage (38) comporte une tige de traction (52), par laquelle il est apte à être attelé de manière amovible à l'arbre de support (32), des moyens élastiques de compression (53), qui, disposés coaxialement autour de la tige de traction (52), sont aptes à porter sur la bobine (12), et des moyens de commande (54), qui, en prise avec la tige de traction (52), sont aptes à mettre sous contrainte les moyens élastiques de compression (53).
- Dispositif de montage suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de support (32) porte transversalement une goupille (56), et la tige de traction (52) du dispositif de serrage (38) comporte une douille (57) munie de fentes (58) par lesquelles elle est propre à venir en prise avec cette goupille (56) suivant un montage du type montage à baïonnette.
- Dispositif de montage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 12, 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques de compression (53) que présente le dispositif de serrage (38) comportent un manchon en matière élastique (59), qui s'étend axialement entre deux joues (60, 61), l'une pour leur appui sur la bobine (12), l'autre pour l'action des moyens de commande (54).
- Dispositif de montage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande (54) que présente le dispositif de serrage (38) comportent une poignée d'actionnement (64), qui est articulée à la tige de traction (52), un organe de poussée (66), qui porte sur les moyens élastiques de compression (53), et au moins une biellette (67), qui est articulée, d'une part, à la poignée d'actionnement (64), et, d'autre part, à l'organe de poussée (66), suivant un montage du type montage à genouillère.
