Definitions
- the invention relates to a flat-lay container assembly made of corrugated cardboard, cardboard or similar foldable material a substantially parallel to each other Cross-section showing fold lines, when erected polygonal, prism-shaped jacket part and a with connected to the jacket part, forming an axis of symmetry Folding line, the polygonal cross section of the jacket part Corresponding polygonal base part that on the sides has hinged flaps on its bottom surface, whereby the fold line of the polygonal bottom part from a corner area extends to an opposite corner area, laid flat Condition of two mutually opposed cladding fold lines form the edge areas of the jacket part and two fastening flaps symmetrical to each other with respect to the fold line forming bottom part flaps with the jacket part can be fastened inside, while the others Flaps are free flaps that have no attachment to the Inner part of the jacket surface can be erected.
- Such a container assembly is from the German utility model G 94 19 102 known.
- the well-known, as octatainer provided container points when filling with bulk material high dimensional stability.
- the transport and storage volume relatively low, but that with the symmetrical bottom fold line Halves of the partial floor area folded congruently lie outside the jacket part.
- the flaps that are not attached to the jacket part must be hammered inwards by hand. This handling is relatively tedious. Raising the free bottom flaps is often unsatisfactory, so you can then must also attach to the jacket part.
- the invention has for its object a composite container to create whose bottom part flaps can be easily erected and are fixable in their position; one also strives for little Storage and transport volume of the container network.
- the task is linked to the characteristics of the input mentioned container assembly solved in that the bottom part flaps when the container is laid flat to the bottom surface are folded in that each free flap one Corner portion of an adjacent flap is assigned to the with a flat container assembly between an overlap section the associated free flap and the partial floor area comes to rest and that when erecting as well as erected container composite at the overlap section attacks the free flap, and that on each fastening flap at least one corner section is formed.
- Another very important advantage is that when winding of the jacket part all floor flaps erected automatically become. This is caused by the arrangement the overlap section between the corner section the neighboring bottom part cardboard and the inner wall of the container on the one hand when erecting counter pressure using the corner sections exerted on the free bottom flap to be erected becomes.
- the corner sections are each so long trained that each corner section the corner between two always overlaps adjacent bottom flaps. Thereby the corner section presses the free flap on which it engages, against the inner wall of the casing and thus holds it reliably in an upright position.
- the corner edge of the corner section of FIG the associated corner of the partial floor area, the Corner section surface to the free outer edge of the bottom flap becomes larger and preferably the corner edge with a curved edge merges into the outer edge.
- a particularly useful embodiment is that the corner section is formed by a corner flap, which means Kink line against resilient material restoring force is hinged in the direction of the container interior. Thereby the corner is moved from one bottom flap part to the other other bottom flap part counter pressure to be exerted on the one hand by unfolding the corner flap against resilient material restoring force generated at the crease line. On the other hand this means that part of the corner flap also comes to the surface to lie through the floor flap.
- the corner flap forms a kind when erected Bridge between two adjacent bottom flaps, which the The area in the floor corner practically does not bother.
- the corner flap line can advantageously be from the associated one Extend the corner of the bottom surface and essentially vertically to the folding line articulating the associated bottom flap run.
- the Invention is on at least one bottom part flap Inner surface of the jacket part that can be removed from the flap surface, flap tab associated with the corner portion of the flap trained with a flat container assembly over a Part of the overlap section associated with the corner section the adjacent free flap engages.
- the Fastening flap at least one flap tab.
- One such advantageously triangular flap tab there are multiple functions. When lying flat, using the symmetrical fold line half-folded bottom part with the bottom flaps turned inwards, the Overlap section of the free flap with the flap tab locked. This results in simplified handling of the flatly folded bottom part when inserting the same in the flat jacket part and when attaching the Fastening flaps on the inside wall of the casing.
- the through the exposed flap flap resulting material recess causes a weakening of the connection of the corner section with the bottom part flap carrying it.
- Fasteners are attached.
- An adhesive preferably, can advantageously be used as the fastening means a hot melt adhesive may be provided.
- a hot melt adhesive may be provided.
- One can be advantageous H-shaped adhesive points are formed, with adhesive strips only in the area of the longitudinal walls and the center of the fastening flap be provided. In some cases one wishes that the fastening of the fastening flaps on the inner wall of the jacket if the container e.g. With Bulk material is filled.
- the mentioned H-shaped glue point is particularly suitable for these purposes.
- a container assembly according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 comprises a ring-like, octagonal in cross section, eight parallel mutually aligned folding lines 3 having jacket part 1 and an associated octagonal base part 2.
- the container assembly from erected jacket part 1 and thus connected bottom part 2 can in a known manner on a simplified representation shown pallet 9 arranged and be attached.
- the bottom part 2 comprises on each of its eight sides of the bottom part surface 200 articulated bottom part flaps 5.
- the jacket part 1 is cut from an elongated corrugated cardboard formed, the eight parallel to each other Fold or crease lines 3 and eight in between Areas I - VIII included.
- the regular octagonal prism shape of the jacket part 1 is achieved by a on the surface VIII Section 10 hinged to the inside via a folding line 3 of the surface I glued or attached in another Way is attached.
- the fold lines 3 form the edges or the corners and the areas I - VIII the side sections of the octagonal container.
- the bottom part 2 comprises the cross-section of the jacket part corresponding octagonal base area (partial floor area) 200 with the eight bottom flaps 5, each are hinged to a side edge of the bottom surface 200.
- the Link length of each bottom flap 5 is equal to the distance between the associated corners of the bottom partial surface 200 Attaching the bottom part 2 to the jacket part 1 is symmetrical folded bottom part 2 with two by part flaps 5 formed flaps 51 on the opposite Surfaces I and IV of the jacket part 1 attached from the inside (see Figs. 1 and 4). This way when erecting of the container through the octagonal shape of the jacket part 1 stabilizes an outward pressure of the flaps 51, so that even with full payload the desired prismatic Retain octagonal shape of the container safely becomes.
- bottom part flaps 5 are expedient punched out, foldable trapezoidal tabs 6 provided that according to the erected container assembly Fig. 1 protrude from the base of the base part 2 to the outside and to fix and secure the container assembly serve on a pallet.
- the trapezoidal straps 6 can pinned to the pallet or in any other appropriate manner be fixed.
- Fig. 1 e.g. a correct and secure fixation of the container assembly the pallet is reached when three pallet corners are assigned Trapezoidal straps 6 are arranged in free flaps 52, 53 and be positioned precisely on the pallet. Alike can, as will be explained, the trapezoidal tabs 6 also be arranged on the fastening flaps 51.
- the bottom partial surface 200 is through a fold or crease line 4 divided, which forms the folding axis of symmetry and of a corner area of the base area 200 to an opposite one Corner area extends. This will prevent any of the flaps 5 weakened by the symmetry fold line. Furthermore the bottom part 2 has conventional and known means in the bottom part on, through the in the erected container Material can be removed.
- the fastening flaps 51 based on the symmetry fold line 4, in the areas of Circumferential angle 45 ° to 90 ° or 270 ° to 315 ° provided.
- the remaining six bottom flaps 5 are free flaps 52, 53, which can be erected without attachment to the inner surface of the jacket are.
- the flaps 5 are designed and arranged that with the mounting flaps 51 automatically free flaps 52, 53 raised when erecting the container and under back pressure against the inner walls of the octatainer be put. This is illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4 described.
- each corner section is 500 trained. Its corner edge 502 goes from the corner of the base area 200.
- the corner section surface becomes Outer edge of the fastening flap 51 larger, and the corner edge 502 goes with a curved edge 504 in the outer Longitudinal edge 503 of the flap 51 over.
- Each corner section is 500 by means of a perpendicular to the fold line 80 of the flap 51 Crease line 501 from the corner of the floor area 200 comes out, provided in the form of a corner flap.
- Each mounting flap 51 has a pair of flap tabs 511 on.
- the flap tabs 511 are through from the flap surface Articulation can be made out by means of a fold line 512 in each case. This is, starting from that articulated on the bottom partial surface 200 Corner area of the fastening flap 51, for the interior Surface area of the mounting flap 51 directed.
- Fig. 3 aligns the flap folding line 512 almost with the fold line 8, 80 of the neighboring one Bottom part flap 52 or 53. Otherwise, the flap tab 511 triangular.
- the tab fold line 512 forms the base of this triangle tab, the same length, with Rounding has merging legs.
- Each free flap 52, 53 is a corner portion 500 of an adjacent one Flap assigned. So each flap 52 also has another free flap in one half of the floor 53 follows a corner section 500 which is similar to the corner sections 500 of the fastening flap 51 are formed and is assigned to the adjacent free flap 53.
- the free bottom flaps 53, each at the corners with the Symmetry fold line 4 are adjacent, are free of corner sections and have perpendicular to the flap fold line 8 narrow-sided edges 505.
- the composite connection of shell part 1 and bottom part 2 a flat lying storage and / or transport form Container assembly is shown in Fig. 4.
- the jacket part 1 is laid flat over two opposite folding lines 3.
- the fold line 3 lies between the areas I. and VIII advantageously not on the edge of the flat Sheath part 1 to unnecessary strain on the connection between section 10 and area I to avoid.
- the Bottom part 2 is folded over the symmetry fold line 4.
- To connect with the jacket part 1 are the opposite Fastening flaps 51 with the overhead Area I or with the area IV of the Shell part 1 connected from the inside.
- the fold line 80 of the fastening flap 51 comes on the corresponding front edge the surface I or IV of the jacket part 1 to lie.
- the connection is done by gluing or other appropriate means. It is particularly useful to glue 55 only in the area the longitudinal edges and the center of the fastening flap 51 to provide.
- Adhesive strips or beads are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
- Fig. 4 Floor surface 200 with their halves folded between the flat-lying jacket part 1. All bottom part flaps 5 are folded towards the bottom partial surface 200, see above that the flaps 5 are located between the partial jacket surfaces.
- the flaps 5 are from the flat position of the bottom section blank 2 first folded over the fastening flaps 51 by 180 °. Then the free flap 52 is attached to its the edge of the fastening flap 51 facing away from the corner section 500 has folded by 180 °. One comes at a time Overlap portion 520 of the flap 52 on the corner portion 500 of the mounting flap 51 to lie. When folding the Flap 52 first becomes flap tab 511 of flap 51 so far from the flap surface that the nose-shaped Edge of the overlap portion 520 under the flap tab 511 can be brought.
- Flaps 53 turned through 180 °. With its overlap section 530, the flap 53 overlaps the corner portion 500 of FIG adjacent flap 52. The on the fastening flap 51st folded free flap 53 lies in the area of the overlap section 530 on the corner portion 500 of the mounting flap 51. As with the flap 52, the overlap section 530 with its corner surface under the flap tab 511 set. Then the glue points 55 to the Mounting flaps 51 attached.

Such a container assembly is from the German utility model G 94 19 102 known. The invention has for its object a composite container to create whose bottom part flaps can be easily erected and are fixable in their position; one also strives for little Storage and transport volume of the container network.
The task is linked to the characteristics of the input mentioned container assembly solved in that the bottom part flaps when the container is laid flat to the bottom surface are folded in that each free flap one Corner portion of an adjacent flap is assigned to the with a flat container assembly between an overlap section the associated free flap and the partial floor area comes to rest and that when erecting as well as erected container composite at the overlap section attacks the free flap, and that on each fastening flap at least one corner section is formed. According to the invention lie the flat-folded bottom part and its Flaps between the flat-folded jacket part. This gives one initially practically only by the dimensions of the flattened jacket part certain and therefore very small Storage / transport volume of the container network. Another very important advantage is that when winding of the jacket part all floor flaps erected automatically become. This is caused by the arrangement the overlap section between the corner section the neighboring bottom part cardboard and the inner wall of the container on the one hand when erecting counter pressure using the corner sections exerted on the free bottom flap to be erected becomes. On the other hand, the corner sections are each so long trained that each corner section the corner between two always overlaps adjacent bottom flaps. Thereby the corner section presses the free flap on which it engages, against the inner wall of the casing and thus holds it reliably in an upright position.
The corner edge of the corner section of FIG the associated corner of the partial floor area, the Corner section surface to the free outer edge of the bottom flap becomes larger and preferably the corner edge with a curved edge merges into the outer edge. Thereby the Corner edge of the corner section when erecting the free flap in line contact over the overlap section, thereby particularly effective counter pressure for straightening and fixing the flap is exercised.
A particularly useful embodiment is that the corner section is formed by a corner flap, which means Kink line against resilient material restoring force is hinged in the direction of the container interior. In addition the corner flap forms a kind when erected Bridge between two adjacent bottom flaps, which the The area in the floor corner practically does not bother. Especially the corner flap line can advantageously be from the associated one Extend the corner of the bottom surface and essentially vertically to the folding line articulating the associated bottom flap run.
According to a particularly advantageous and expedient design of the Invention is on at least one bottom part flap Inner surface of the jacket part that can be removed from the flap surface, flap tab associated with the corner portion of the flap trained with a flat container assembly over a Part of the overlap section associated with the corner section the adjacent free flap engages. Appropriately, the Fastening flap at least one flap tab. One such advantageously triangular flap tab there are multiple functions. The through the exposed flap flap resulting material recess causes a weakening of the connection of the corner section with the bottom part flap carrying it. This is the one hand Counter pressure system of the corner section on the associated bottom section flap improves, and on the other hand is special Dimensions ensured that the surface of the mounting flap including the tab surfaces reliably without turning and without space in contact with the inner wall of the container remains. This ensures to a particular degree that the fastening connection of the fastening flap with the Sheath part does not come loose when erecting the composite. In addition can be convenient and targeted outside the flap tabs Fasteners are attached.
An adhesive, preferably, can advantageously be used as the fastening means a hot melt adhesive may be provided. In particular if the flap tabs mentioned are provided, you can easily glue the glue points in the area between Attach two flap tabs. This also ensures that that corner sections and overlap sections are kept free of glue points. One can be advantageous H-shaped adhesive points are formed, with adhesive strips only in the area of the longitudinal walls and the center of the fastening flap be provided. In some cases one wishes that the fastening of the fastening flaps on the inner wall of the jacket if the container e.g. With Bulk material is filled. The mentioned H-shaped glue point is particularly suitable for these purposes.
