Abstract

Der in Bahnlaufrichtung und damit in Richtung der Spaltlänge l auftretende Druckgradient dp / dl des in der Hauptpreßzone (a) des Preßspaltes erzeugten Druckes p ist in Abhängigkeit davon gewählt, ob die in den Preßspalt einlaufende Faserstoffbahn einerseits einen mittleren oder hohen Trockengehalt oder andererseits einen niedrigen Trockengehalt besitzt. Dieser Druckgradient dp / dl liegt bei einem mittleren oder hohen Trockengehalt der einlaufenden Faserstoffbahn in einem Bereich von etwa 0,01· p max cm bis etwa 0,08· p max cm . Vorzugsweise besitzt er einen Wert von etwa 0,04· p max cm , wobei pmax der vorgebbare maximale Druck am Ende der Hauptpreßzone (b) ist. Druck am Ende der Hauptpreßzone (b) ist.
