Abstract

Es wird eine Pressenanordnung 10 einer Papier- oder Kartonmaschine zur Behandlung einer Faserstoffbahn 12 in einem in Laufrichtung L der Faserstoffbahn 12 verlängerten Preßspalt 14 beschrieben. Der Preßspalt 14 ist durch zwei Preßflächen begrenzt, von denen wenigstens eine durch einen flexiblen, über wenigstens einen Preßschuh 16 geführten Preßmantel 18 gebildet ist, der durch den Preßschuh 16 unter Ausbildung eines Fluidkissens zwischen Preßschuh 16 und Preßmantel 18 gegen die gegenüberliegende Preßfläche preßbar ist. Hierbei ist der Preßschuh so beaufschlagbar, daß sich eine resultierende Hauptpreßkraft einstellt, die in einer Richtung wirkt, die zumindest im wesentlichen senkrecht zur durch den Preßspalt 14 geführten Faserstoffbahn 12 verläuft. Es sind Mittel 28 vorgesehen, um den Preßschuh 16 durch positive und/oder negative Zusatzkräfte zu belasten, die zumindest im wesentlichen senkrecht zur resultierenden Hauptpreßkraft auf den Preßschuh 16 wirken und diesem ein Kippmoment um eine jeweilige Kippachse vermitteln, die sich zumindest im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Laufrichtung L der Faserstoffbahn 12 in Querrichtung der Pressenanordnung 10 erstreckt, so daß durch diese Zusatzkräfte ein sich in Laufrichtung L der Faserstoffbahn 12 im Preßspalt 14 einstellendes Druckprofil zumindest im wesentlichen unabhängig von der resultierenden Hauptpreßkraft beeinflußbar ist.
