Abstract

Vorrichtung zur Entwässerung einer Materialbahn (10), insbesondere einer Papierbahn in einer Papierherstellungsmaschine, mit einer Pressenpartie (1) mit mindestens einem Preßspalt (9), durch welchen die Materialbahn (10) geführt und dabei entwässert und geglättet wird, wobei aufgrund der Ausgestaltung der Pressenpartie (1) eine Seite der Materialbahn (10) eine stärkere Glättung erfährt als die andere Seite, wobei zur Erzielung einer im wesentlichen übereinstimmenden Rauhigkeit der Ober- und Unterseite der Materialbahn (10) eine Vorrichtung (5) zur Aufrauhung der in der Prossenpartie (1) stärker geglätteten Bahnseite vorgesehen ist.
