Abstract
Eine Maschine (10) zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (12), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, umfaßt eine zwei Schuhpressen (18,20) aufweisende Tandem-NipcoFlex-Presse (16), durch deren zweite Schuhpresse ein Oberfilz (22) und ein unteres Transferband (24) geführt sind, durch das die Faserstoffbahn an die Trockenpartie (26) übergeben wird, wobei die Faserstoffbahn von der Siebpartie bis zur Trockenpartie in geschlossenem Zug geführt ist. Vor dem ersten freien Bahnzug ist wenigstens eine Hochleistungs-Trocknungseinrichtung (30) vorgesehen. A machine (10) for producing a fibrous web (12), in particular paper or cardboard web, comprises a tandem NipcoFlex press (16) having two shoe presses (18, 20), through the second shoe press of which an upper felt (22) and a lower one Transfer belt (24) are guided, through which the fibrous web is transferred to the dryer section (26), the fibrous web being guided in a closed train from the wire section to the dryer section. At least one high-performance drying device (30) is provided in front of the first free web draw.
