- 1 is a snowboard with a snowboard body 2, which at Snowboards has the usual shape.
- FIG. 2 in particular shows, the Snowboard body starting from its top following elements that are in the order below from top to bottom of the Connect the snowboard body:
- An upper cover and end layer 3 which is, for example, a colored plastic film that forms the surface of the snowboard; an upper belt 4, which extends for example over the entire length and width of the snowboard body 2 and is formed by a fabric made of fibers, for example made of glass fibers and / or plastic fibers and / or carbon fibers, this fabric being embedded in plastic or impregnated with plastic ; a core 5 made of wood; a lower belt 6, which also extends over the entire length and width of the snowboard body and is formed by a fabric made of fibers, for example glass fibers and / or plastic fibers and / or carbon fibers, this fabric being embedded in plastic or impregnated with plastic ; a lower tread component, of which only the outsole 7 formed by a flat plastic material is shown in FIG. 2.
- a Anchoring system provided which has a variety of inserts or threaded sleeves 8, which are anchored in the snowboard body 2, from a corrosion-resistant Metal, namely made of stainless steel.
- the threaded sleeves 8 have an internal thread 9, whose axis A is perpendicular to the plane of the snowboard body and that on the Top of the snowboard body 2 is accessible.
- FIG. 2 shows the formation of the threaded sleeves 8 and their anchoring on Snowboard body 2 more in detail.
- Each threaded sleeve 8 has a sleeve-like Body 10, which is open at both ends and has the internal thread 9. At one end is the body 10 with a radially projecting over the peripheral surface of this body Provide flange or collar 11. The body has on the outer or peripheral surface 10 a material displacing thread 12.
- Each threaded sleeve 8 is held in an outer insert 13, which in this Embodiment is made of a suitable, tough plastic, as one around the axis A rotationally symmetrical full part with circular cylindrical Circumferential surface 14, with flat circular, each perpendicular to the axis A.
- the insert 13 is in a matching bore 18 in the core 5 from the bottom of the core used here in such a way that the larger end face 16 at the collar 17 at the same level with the underside of the core 5 adjacent to the belt 6.
- the lower face 16 is fully connected or glued to the lower flange 6.
- the upper End face 15 is level with the belt 4 adjacent top of the Core 5 and is fully connected or glued to the upper harness 4 on the then the cover layer 3 is also fastened over the entire surface.
- the holes 18 for the inserts 13 are in a predetermined pattern (based on predetermined reference edges) introduced into the core 5, so that the inserts 13 in the finished snowboard are provided in this pattern.
- Core holes 19 are introduced into the inserts 13, in such a way that the depth of each Bore 19 is smaller than the axial height of the inserts 13, so each bore 19 with Distance above the lower end face 16 ends.
- In the respective core bore 19 is then screwed in the threaded bushing 8, which displaces with its material External thread 12 the corresponding thread in the wall of the core bore 19th forms.
- Threaded sleeves 8 are screwed in so far that the remaining threaded sleeve facing away from the federal government 11 in alignment with the top of the Snowboards or the cover layer 8 is.
- the respective collar 11 results in a tight and optically perfect transition between the respective threaded sleeve 8 and the adjacent cover layer 3. Since the position of the plastic inserts 13 is known, it is possible without problems to introduce the core bores 19, for example also with a computer or computer controlled boring machine. In the internal thread 9 of Threaded sleeves 8 can then be used to fasten the snowboard binding be screwed in.
- the anchoring system described has a number of advantages, including:
- the plastic inserts 13 make the anchoring particularly firm and reliable Threaded sleeves 8 guaranteed in the snowboard body 2. By using the Plastic inserts also ensure that the core 5 where the Threaded sleeves 8 are provided, is sealed against the ingress of moisture, i.e. especially also along the circumferential surface of the respective threaded sleeve 8 Moisture can penetrate into the material of the core 5. Because the diameter of the Plastic inserts 13 is already larger in the region of the smaller end face 15 Outside diameter of the threaded sleeves 8, i.e.
- Diameter of the plastic inserts 13 in the area of the cylindrical peripheral surface 14 is approximately twice the outer diameter of the body 10 of the threaded sleeves 8, the secure anchoring and the tight closure are given even when the respective core bore 19 is not made exactly coaxially with axis A.
- Figures 3 and 4 show a further possible embodiment of a threaded sleeve 8a, which differs from the threaded sleeve 8 essentially only in that the underside of the collar 11a at the transition to the body 10 is chamfered at 20 like countersunk screws, so that this collar 11a when screwing in the threaded sleeve 8a into the core bore 19 into the material of the cover layer 3 and the belt 4, so that in the manufacture of the core bore 19 on en Countersinking "for receiving the flange 11a can largely be dispensed with.
- the threaded sleeve 8a is provided on the end face of the collar 11a facing away from the sleeve body 10 with a slot 21, with which the threaded bushing 8a can be screwed in and removed by means of a screwdriver.
- the snowboard body 2 is produced in such a way that first in the Wood core 5, the holes 18 for the inserts 13 are introduced. Subsequently the inserts 13 are inserted into these holes in such a way that the lower End faces 16 are flush with the underside of the core 5. The axial length of the Plastic inserts 13 is selected so that it then slightly over at its other end protrude the top of the core 5. Then the core 5 is on the top ground flat so that they lie level with the top of the core 5 End faces 15 are obtained.
- tapes 5 and 6 are applied normally, the cover layer 3 and the outsole 7 by pressing with synthetic resin, previously optionally at least on the end faces 15 and 16 of the plastic inserts 13 Auxiliary layer is applied, which connects the plastic material of this insert 13 ensures with the synthetic resin used in the manufacture of the snowboard body 2.
- FIG. 5 schematically shows an embodiment in which the individual plastic inserts 13 with each other via a belt formed by molded material webs 22 are connected. This can facilitate the assembly of the inserts 13 on the core 5 will.
- the material webs 22, which are located in the area of the respective collar 17, are either retained after assembly and of groove-shaped for this Wells, which are formed on the underside of the core 5, added, or the material webs 22 are after the insertion of the inserts 13 in the respective hole 18 removed, for example by grinding or facing the core 5 on the underside.

It is known to attach threaded sleeves (metal inserts) to snowboards for fastening the binding provide the internal thread on the top of the snowboard body is accessible and to which the respective binding or its elements are screwed can be.
The disadvantage here is that the threaded sleeves are already in production due to the Production of the snowboard body used before pressing with resin in the core Need to become. This can then be done after the completion of the snowboard body Drill out at least the threaded holes of the threaded sleeves from the top of the snowboard necessary for the internal thread to screw on the binding are accessible. This drilling can often damage the Do not avoid threaded sleeves, so that at least the desired optical one Appearance suffers. Another disadvantage is that the internal thread of the Threaded sleeves with resin is added, which is only in a rather cumbersome way must be removed.

In the invention, it is possible to the threaded bushings only after the completion of Snowboard body in holes that are made in the inserts on the snowboard to mount, with the advantage that a drilling of the threaded sleeves with the risk Damage to these sleeves is not required, including removal of Resin from the respective internal thread.
Further advantages of the invention consist in a particularly firm and reliable Anchoring the threaded sleeves to the gliding board body and in a tight seal of the sliding board body also in the area of the threaded sleeves against penetration of Moisture and water. Furthermore, the invention offers the possibility of threaded sleeves exchange.
In the invention, this is at least one insert e.g. made of plastic. For the However, other tear-resistant materials are also suitable for production, i.e. Materials that the pull-out values or pull-out forces that occur when using the sliding board guarantee and prevent the ingress of water and moisture. Especially materials that are simple, subsequent processing, i.e. the enable subsequent drilling of the holes (possibly also threaded holes), e.g. corrosion-resistant metals, e.g. Aluminum or aluminum alloys.

Snowboardkörpers anschließen:In the figures, 1 is a snowboard with a

Gewebe Kunststoff eingebettet bzw. mit Kunststoff durchtränkt ist;
ein Kern 5 aus Holz;

To fasten the snowboard binding is on the
10 ein Material verdrängendes Gewinde 12.Figure 2 shows the formation of the threaded
The
The
Das beschriebene Verankerungssystem hat eine Vielzahl von Vorteilen, nämlich u.a.:The anchoring system described has a number of advantages, including:
The
There is also the possibility of the respective threaded
By using individual plastic inserts 13, the total where they are
are provided in the
Figures 3 and 4 show a further possible embodiment of a threaded
The
