Abstract

Zum Bemalen mit wässrigen oder lösungsmittelhaltigen Malstiften, Wasserfarben und Wachsmalkreiden wurde ein Hotmelt-Transfermaterial entwickelt, das sich mit einem heissen Bügeleisen auf Textilien übertragen lässt. Das Hotmelt-Transfermaterial weist eine poröse Hotmeltschicht auf, die feine, mit einem thermoplastischen Bindemittel verankerte, thermoplastische Kunststoff-Partikel mit einer mikroporösen, spontan benetzbaren Oberfläche für die Aufnahme wässriger und lösungsmittelhaltiger Farben aufweist. Zur verbesserten Farbaufnahme und besseren mechanischen Stabilität der Schicht weist das thermoplastische Bindemittel selber eine poröse Struktur auf. Eine weitere Hotmeltschicht, die zwischen der porösen Schicht und einem einseitig silikonisierten Papier angebracht ist, verbessert die Fixierung und Waschbarkeit des auf Textilien übertragenen Bildes. Die mikroporösen Partikel basieren auf einem mittels Polyaddition und Fällung hergestellten Polyamidpulver. Die poröse Struktur des Bindmittels basiert auf einer Fällung.
