Definitions
- the invention relates to a self-closing closure with one cap, one in the cap trained through opening and assigned to the through opening arranged membrane according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention deals with the technical Problem, a more convenient self-closing Specify closure. It is also aimed at one to achieve a cheap closure. In addition, the cheapest possible installation sought.
- the invention also deals with the technical problem, one for the closure mentioned to specify advantageous sealing membrane.
- the sealing membrane in unactuated installation condition a lower bracket edge and an upper one that is substantially concave Has a closure blanket, the closure blanket further and the bracket edge through a connecting wall are connected.
- the installation state the sealing membrane by turning the Sealing membrane after an injection molding process is reached.
- the concave trained blanket is on the one hand in their Closure state due to radially acting forces of inverted connecting wall advantageously biased.
- the connecting wall can preferably go further from an edge connection to the closure ceiling, still based on the installed state, in a Retraction below a projection surface of the shutter ceiling continue.
- the cover in the manufacturing state (sprayed state) essentially cylindrical, starting from the cover blanket.
- this can vary according to the desired properties of the sealing membrane also a variation with regard to a conical design be made.
- the continuation in one Retraction below the projection surface of the ceiling creates a goblet-like design the closure membrane in this area as a whole.
- the connecting wall is also in the installed state essentially cylindrical below and in Connection to the blanket extends. This too especially when the inversion mentioned is not made after the manufacturing process. in the individual is particularly described in relation to the upside down installation condition is advantageous that the Breech blanket has a greater thickness at the edge than the boundary wall.
- the cover blanket can starting from its edge area continuously rejuvenate inside.
- the boundary wall is regarding an edge of the cover blanket which appears in cross section the sealing membrane in an upper area connected - again based on the installed state - And a lower free edge area of the edge the closing ceiling is overlaid by the boundary wall.
- the sealing membrane Due to the prevailing radial forces and the resulting prestress in the sealing membrane and in particular the cover of the Sealing membrane are further advantageous properties reached when actuating the closure membrane.
- the preferred in the cover blanket provided radial opening slots from a certain Reliable and almost instantaneous printing.
- the squeeze bottle on which the closure applied results in in a conventional manner retraction of the closure cover to the initial concave state and then a breakthrough down with an air suction, which despite the described, prevailing in the cover blanket Tensions not a major one, but rather one requires less effort or negative pressure.
- the connecting wall in the spray state in runs essentially cylindrical. As already mentioned can be changed by changing the angle in the Connecting wall (in a cross-sectional view), however also the described, in the upturned state itself resulting prestress on the cover blanket or a Funnel formation can be influenced and varied.
- the connecting wall in a circumferential reinforcing ring passes and that on the reinforcing ring Fastening ring is tied.
- the reinforcement ring has proven to be particularly advantageous in relation to on a telescopic extension of the closure membrane when pressure builds up, as detailed below described.
- the mounting ring is used for mounting the closure membrane in the closure.
- the fastening ring about an angled in cross section to the Connecting wall extending connecting wall with the Reinforcement ring is connected.
- an extension area is formed in the cap and that the closure blanket is assigned to the closure membrane is arranged to this extension area.
- the connecting wall can enforce the through hole (seen from below) to the extension area extend. It is not essential here required that the connecting wall at rest of the closure lies against the extension area. It usually occurs during a donation process a contact of the connecting wall with the extension area, which is described in detail below advantageous balance of forces and influence, usually to support the opening process is connected in the blanket.
- the arrangement of the closure cover according to the invention in the Extension area initially means that the Cover down some support, but optionally also experienced radially laterally.
- the blanket with, starting from a center, formed in the radial extending slots his.
- the slots are at rest Closing membrane completely closed, by pressing the slot boundary sides against each other.
- the blanket is after pressed on the outside and an opening by gaping the slots reached.
- the Cover has a central permanent opening, wherein a support plate is formed below the opening is on which the blanket at rest sits sealingly, so that even in this embodiment complete closure at rest is achieved is.
- Fig. 1 shows a self-closing closure with a closure cap 1 and a sealing membrane 2, the Cap 1 is only partially shown.
- the Cap 1 is further - which is not in detail is shown - part of a fluid output Compressible container.
- the closure membrane 2 has a lower, all-round Bracket edge 3, one of the bracket edge 3 essentially upwardly extending connecting wall 4 and an upper blanket 5.
- the blanket 5 are starting from a center point themselves radially extending slots 6, 7 formed (see also Fig. 3).
- closure cap 1 has a through opening 8 forms, which is outward in Form of an extension area 9 expanded.
- the passage opening 8 is in the narrowest area of the total delivery opening to see.
- the connecting wall 4 passes through the Through opening 8 and is, at least when actuated, radially supported in the extension area 9.
- the connecting wall 4 continues via an upper, circumferential edge bead 10 forming connection curvature in the blanket 5 over.
- the blanket 5 is with a larger, in the exemplary embodiment formed two to four times the thickness compared to the connecting wall 4. The thickness is different, since the blanket 5 tapers towards its center. They are also radial on their inner surface outside bevels 11 formed.
- the extension area 9 is conical. On Cone angle alpha is approximately 15 to 40 °. Prefers is a cone value of approx. 25 °.
- actuation state is by, for example, squeezing the vessel which the cap 1 is attached (which in individual is not shown) the product pressurized and so presses against the inner surface the blanket 5.
- the blanket 5 breaks Reduction of the cone pressure or the pressure of the sealing membrane 2 exerts radially on the conical surface 9 and a neutralization of the bias in the Center open, gaping out segment-like membrane lobes the sealing membrane, so that there is a donation opening 12 results. This behavior is basically with all illustrated embodiments are the same.
- the cap membrane When the pressure on the container decreases, it closes the cap, the cap membrane is regarding the cover blanket pulled down or pulled back and experiences through the support on the cone surface a narrowing. There is a kind of squeezing in the - upper - conical surface. The membrane lobes experience a vertical downward deflection, so that they follow the slight internal pressure gap open below and for good - if necessary additional - provide ventilation of the container.
- the sealing membrane 2 in the cap 1 is still important that the Gusset 17 between the connecting wall 4 and the closure blanket 5 arranged above the through opening 8 are.
- the blanket 5 is also preferred overall arranged above the through opening 8.
- Taper dimension a of the dispensing opening starting from the Through opening 8 to that of the connecting wall 4 largest area of the extension area still in use 9, is a multiple of the thickness of the connecting wall 4. Preferably about four to ten times the thickness of the connecting wall 4.
- the bead 10 is important, especially in With regard to a transport lock, as shown in Fig. 5 is shown.
- the transport lock consists of a lid 15, which has a circular underside trained sealing bead 16.
- the sealing bead 16 acts in the closed state with the edge bead 10 together. This is not just the top cover 5 in their movement with regard to the Taking an open position according to FIG. 2 is essential is hindered, rather by the internal pressure, which the contact pressure could lead to an output of mass in the region of the bead 10 on the closure lid 15 only reinforced and thus increases the sealing effect, because the print is immediately inside, in the gusset 17, cf. Fig. 2, pending.
- the blanket 5 in the closed state preferably by the inversion already described Seal membrane 2 reached after manufacture, reinforce the internal pressure and the system the bulge 10 impedes the expansion, the vault forces, so that the sealing effect in the adjacent flanks the slits in the top cover are even reinforced.
- the cone constraint of the closure membrane leaves the Shape the membrane base (reinforced) into a convex shape.
- the Closure lid will also be a reinforced squeeze reached in the conical surface. This makes a vertical one Opening force, which is due to excessive internal pressure from the inside of the container onto the cover acts, a deflection radially outwards and interception by the cover or Cone wall achieved.
- the membrane lobes expressly block yourself from opening and prevent product leakage.
- the cavity between the sealing cap and the sealing membrane remains hygienically clean.
- the state of self-locking due to the cone support also in somewhat reduced scope after opening the Closure cover and thus prevents in the normal state the product leakage, especially in the case of an overhead arrangement of the relevant, provided with the closure Vessel.
- the closure cap is on the inside only with one outer extension area 9 is formed.
- the passage opening 8 represents the narrowest area of the expansion area 9.
- the connecting wall 4 at 5 free-spanning, however likewise expanding conically, following one more small strongly conically expanding system on the Closure wall below the through opening 8 after pulled radially outside and engages behind the bracket edge 3 a separate mounting projection 18, which from the top cap 19 of the cap 1 protrudes downwards.
- This bracket web 18 is closed all round, cylindrical, formed.
- the Sealing membrane 2 with a central, always open Opening 20 formed.
- the opening 20 is on the underside underpinned by a support plate 21, which in any case the diameter or the cross section of the opening 20 is adapted, he being the measure of Opening surpasses.
- This type of sealing membrane 2 enables a much easier dispensing again of product from one with such a closure provided vessel. This can be especially for adjustment different viscosities.
- the Opening 20 is only sealed in the closed position. In addition to the opening 20 can also radial slots, as explained with regard to FIG. 1, be trained. Because of the special described Geometry of the closure membrane remains during normal Use in all illustrated embodiments, in the case of a dispensing process, the upper bead 10 in almost unchanged position.
- the blanket 5 forms in the sense of a certain stretch Internal pressure and then the membrane lobes gap like already described and release the product route.
- the closure and the The area of the sealing membrane remains even after a longer period Usage time clean, because of this expansion effect the product exit point the closure surface can exceed.
- a support as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 can also be provided in the modification that the Support is designed as a support ring, which just moving back, triggered by a Suck back, the sealing membrane in the storage room prevents.
- the support ring can be used with such Be designed diameter that outside of Support 6.7 supports the membrane.
- This ring can also but also be designed so that it additionally a shutter function with respect to a slot or a central opening, as explained above, with met.
- the closure membrane is in all embodiments made of a soft, easily deformable plastic material.
- FIG. 9 to 12 is a closure membrane 2 recognizable with a blanket 5 and a Connecting wall 4.
- the closing ceiling 5 is towards the middle tapering in cross-section, starting out from an edge edge 23.
- An inner radius is R1 smaller than an outer radius R2, which two radii - alone - generate the geometry of the blanket 5.
- This reinforcement ring extends in the sprayed state of the closure membrane 2, which is shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, essentially inside. It forms a top Support bearing surface 25 from. This support surface runs approximately horizontally, d. H. essentially rectangular to a direction of extension of the connecting wall 4th
- connection wall On the connecting wall 4, in the embodiment in Area of the reinforcing ring 5, is also a fastening ring 26 connected.
- the mounting ring 26 is basically with the mounting ring described above 3 comparable.
- the connection of the fastening ring 26 is made via a connecting wall 27.
- the connecting wall 27 extends with respect to the Connecting wall 4 to the outside. In the embodiment the direction of extension is chosen such that it with a vertical V encloses an acute angle beta.
- the connection wall is in further detail 27 connected to an intermediate wall 28.
- the arrangement is essentially in a cross section Z-shaped, with the Z-dash (however here not straight, but straight or vertical) the intermediate wall 28 forms which essentially extends vertically. This is followed by a horizontal wall merging into the fastening ring 26 29 connected.
- the sealing membrane is made of a soft silicone material or an elastomeric plastic material that is also comparatively soft
- Installation ring 31 made of a normal hard plastic material.
- the horizontal wall 29 and the mounting ring 26 an upper substantially horizontal extending surface 32 is in the installed state given an advantageous seal.
- the connecting wall 27 is in the embodiment directly in the area of the connection of the reinforcement ring 24 connected to the connecting wall 4. to Reinforcement of the sealing membrane 2 in this area is also a circumferential reinforcing projection protruding outwards 33 trained. In the cross-sectional view this is shown as an oriel-like projection.
- the Sealing membrane 2 in the sealing cover 5 starting formed by a center point M with radial cuts 34, which result in the use of donations.
- assigned to the center M in the area due to a dilution of the radial lobes resulting in membrane lobes 35 is formed. This is advantageous in terms of on ventilation after a donation process.
- the tips of the membrane lobes bend even more easily out.
- the sealing function is easy Internal pressure not significantly affected.
- 13 to 16 is a first installation example such a sealing membrane 2 shown.
- the dilution 35 is here, and also in the further exemplary embodiments, not realized. It can be seen that during the donation process, cf. 14 and 15, the horizontal surface 25 of the reinforcing ring 24 in Contact with a counter surface 35 in the closure cap 1 arrives. Due to the geometry of the sealing membrane shown 2 or, as preferably provided, at a manufacture of the closure membrane 2 with a Spray state according to FIGS. 9 to 12 and an everted Installation according to FIGS. 13 to 16, the Blanket 5 with the goblet-like blanket 5 connecting wall 4 vertically upwards, freed from the conical surface, the extension area 9. This lifting process is made essential by a Angle change between the connecting wall 27 and the Partition wall 28 reached. After creating area 25 on the surface 35 causes a further increase in the internal pressure opening the flaps so that it 15 of the closure membrane comes.
- the sealing membrane 2 due to the negative pressure in the connected Container moved back into the position shown in FIG. 16.
- the prevailing negative pressure causes a breakout the flap down, here too contribute the forces due to a touch and System of the blanket 5 on the connecting wall 4th and further by means of the connecting wall 4 in the Support wall 9 arise.
- a Edge bead 10 forms.
- This bead 10 is special also advantageous in terms of sealing for purposes of travel protection, as also below explained further below.
- the closure cap 1 has a conical or funnel-shaped extension area 9 on.
- This expansion area 9 also has on the underside, as a free end face, the contact surface 35.
- the closure cap 1 also points outwards from an upper, essentially flat closure wall 36 a cylinder projecting downwards Bracket wall 37 on.
- the bracket wall 37 is with lateral distance, radially outwards, to the Extension area 9 formed.
- a bracket recess 38 is formed in the cylindrical mounting wall 37 in Embodiment below a level of the end face 35.
- This mounting recess 38 has an upper stop surface 39, one essentially vertical itself extending bracket wall 40 and a lower, after protruding bulge inside the bracket wall 40 41, which downwards through an extension has a run-up slope in the radial direction.
- bracket recess 38 In this bracket recess 38 is the mounting ring 26 of the closure membrane 2 clamped.
- the mounting ring 31 made of conventional hard plastic material arranged.
- the mounting ring 31 can, like already explained above, by connection with the Closing membrane 2 may be pre-assembled. The mounting ring 31 thus sits together in the mounting recess 38 with the fastening ring 26 of the closure membrane 2, a that a pressure of the horizontal surface of the fastening membrane 2 up against surface 39 of the Bracket recess is made. It is a tight fit given.
- the described reinforcement ring 24, the opposite the fastening ring 26 also radially inwards in the fastening state, as can be seen, is offset reliable for the fact that the sealing membrane 2 during of normal operation are not sucked down can. Apart from the installation of the sealing membrane 2 in the extension area 9 results from the Reinforcement ring 24 a ring-like fixed constriction, which do not easily pass through the blanket can.
- 17 to 20 is another installation example shown, with only the differences the previous installation games are described.
- Extension area 9 is provided. Rather, it is Closure opening 43 only in the thickness of the closure cover educated.
- the sealing membrane 2 sits with lateral distance, forming a circumferential In any case, gap, in the area of the closure opening 43 with respect to the bead 10, a.
- the Closure wall of the closure opening 43 as a contact surface for the surface 25 when extending the closure membrane 2 in the course of a dispensing process, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19 can be seen.
- the mounting recess in the mounting flange is correspondingly higher intended.
- Fig. 25 is in the shutter opening a tamper-evident seal tied to tear-off bars 46 shown.
- FIG 26 shows a top view of the closure according to FIG 25, with the tamper evident seal 46 and removed membrane 2.
- the individual elements 43 which are the expansion area 9 comparable conical support for the sealing membrane 2 are recognizable. Furthermore also the gaps 44 mentioned.
- the support ring 47 shown, which the closure blanket 5 of the closure membrane 2 supports downwards in the installed state.
- the support ring 47 can have one or more Web 48 on an insert ring body 49, which on the Closure blanket or a protruding downward, the Extension area 9 forming flange 50 of the blanket is held in clips.
- the support ring 47 is in its diameter preferably at an extension the slots are oriented in the sealing membrane. It it is advisable to make the diameter slightly larger than the extension of the slots is enough.
- This support ring 47 provides particularly during the suckback process a similar effect as in connection with the other embodiments with regard to the Reinforcement ring described: there is a lever-like Power transmission through the internal pressure in the area the closing flap so that they open more easily.
- this ring also provides its own separate Securing the installation position of the sealing membrane 2.
- a such a ring can in all other embodiments come into use.

gemäß den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a self-closing closure
with one cap, one in the cap

to the through opening arranged membrane
according to the features of the preamble of
Such closures are already known from EP-A-0 545 678 known. However, it did Disadvantages shown in use in that either insufficiently reliable closure achieved or the required ventilation is such Vacuum requires that with conventional squeeze bottles, which are provided with a closure, for example, no sufficient negative pressure develops or that Restoring forces are so strongly provided in the squeeze bottle need to be used for normal purposes are not very suitable.
In view of the state of the art described above the invention deals with the technical Problem, a more convenient self-closing Specify closure. It is also aimed at one to achieve a cheap closure. In addition, the cheapest possible installation sought. The invention also deals with the technical problem, one for the closure mentioned to specify advantageous sealing membrane.
The object is achieved with a self-closing closure in accordance with the features of
In
beschrieben. Der Befestigungsring dient zur Halterung
der Verschlußmembran in dem Verschluß. In weiterer
In the subject of
Zudem
Hierbei ergibt
sich insgesamt gleichsam eine doppelt nietartige Ausbildung
der eingesetzten Verschlußmembran und eine entsprechend
vorteilhafte Halterung der Verschlußmembran in
der Verschlußkappe. In darüber hinaus bevorzugter Ausgestaltung
With regard to the closure, it is also particularly preferred

Fig. 1 ein selbstschließender Verschluß mit einer Verschlußkappe
Is shown and described initially with reference to

Das Verschlußmembran 2 besitzt einen unteren, umlaufenden
Halterungsrand 3, eine von dem Halterungsrand 3
sich im wesentlichen nach oben erstreckende Verbindungswand
4 und eine obere Verschlußdecke 5. In der Verschlußdecke
5 sind ausgehend von einem Mittelpunkt sich
radial erstreckende Schlitze 6, 7 ausgebildet (vergleiche
auch Fig. 3).The
Wesentlich ist, daß die Verschlußkappe 1 eine Durchgangsöffnung
8 ausbildet, welche sich nach außen in
Form eines Erweiterungsbereiches 9 erweitert. Die Durchgangsöffnung
8 ist im engsten Bereich der Gesamtausgabeöffnung
zu sehen. Die Verbindungswand 4 durchsetzt die
Durchgangsöffnung 8 und ist, jedenfalls bei Betätigung,
in dem Erweiterungsbereich 9 radial abgestützt. It is essential that the
The connecting
Der Erweiterungsbereich 9 ist konisch gestaltet. Ein
Konuswinkel Alpha beträgt etwa 15 bis 40°. Bevorzugt
Zustand dargestellt. Im Betätigungszustand gemäß
Fig. 4 wird durch bspw.
zusätzliche - Belüftung des Behältnisses sorgen.1 to 3 and 5 to 8 is the unactuated

4. Vorzugsweise etwa das Vier- bis Zehnfache
der Dicke der Verbindungswand 4.With regard to the arrangement of the sealing
From the top view of FIG. 3 it can be seen that in
the
17, vgl. Fig. 2, ansteht.
The
umlaufend geschlossen, zylinderartig, ausgebildet. In the embodiment according to FIG. 6, the closure cap is
on the inside only with one
10 in annähernd unveränderter Lage.
Produktaustritt. Dies wertet die Handhabung und die
Anwendung eines solchen Verschlusses und einer solchen
Verschlußmembran wesentlich auf. Der Verschluß und der
Bereich der Verschlußmembran bleiben auch nach längerer
Nutzungszeit sauber, weil aufgrund dieses Ausdehneffektes
die Produktaustrittsstelle die Verschlußoberfläche
übersteigen kann.7 and 8 is the
A support as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, can also be provided in the modification that the Support is designed as a support ring, which just moving back, triggered by a Suck back, the sealing membrane in the storage room prevents. The support ring can be used with such Be designed diameter that outside of Support 6.7 supports the membrane. This ring can also but also be designed so that it additionally a shutter function with respect to a slot or a central opening, as explained above, with met.
The closure membrane is in all embodiments made of a soft, easily deformable plastic material.
With reference to Figures 9 to 12 is a
An die Verbindungswand 4 schließt - in Fig. 10 oberseitig
- ein Verstärkungsring 24 an. Dieser Verstärkungsring
erstreckt sich im Spritzzustand der Verschlußmembran
2, welcher in den Fig. 9 bis 12 dargestellt ist,
im wesentlichen nach innen. Er bildet oberseitig eine
Stützauflagefläche 25 aus. Diese Stützauflagefläche
verläuft etwa horizontal, d. h. im wesentlichen rechtwinklig
zu einer Erstreckungsrichtung der Verbindungswand

An die Verbindungswand 4, beim Ausführungsbeispiel im
Bereich des Verstärkungsringes 5, ist weiter ein Befestigungsring
26 angebunden. Der Befestigungsring 26 ist
grundsätzlich mit dem weiter oben beschriebenen Halterungsring
3 vergleichbar.
vertikal erstreckt. Hieran anschließend ist eine
in den Befestigungsring 26 übergehende Horizontalwand
29 angebunden. On the connecting
Von der Horizontalwand 29 bzw. dem Befestigungsring 26
nach unten weisend sind Verbindungsnocken 30 ausgebildet. From the
Diese Verbindungsnocken 30 dienen zum formschlüssigen

Einbauringes 31 ist weiter unten noch erläutert. These connecting
Während die Verschlußmembran aus einem weichen Silikonmaterial
oder einem elastomeren Kunststoffmaterial, das
auch vergleichweise weich ist, besteht, besteht der
Einbauring 31 aus einem normal harten Kunststoffmaterial.
Dadurch, daß, wie in den Ausführungsbeispielen
dargestellt, die Horizontalwand 29 bzw. der Befestigungsring
26 eine obere im wesentlichen horizontal sich
erstreckend Fläche 32 aufweist, ist im Einbauzustand
eine vorteilhafte Dichtung gegeben. In der Ausschnittsvergrößerung
der Fig. 12 ist der zusammengesetzte Zustand
der Verschlußmembran 2 mit dem Halterungsring 31
zu erkennen. While the sealing membrane is made of a soft silicone material
or an elastomeric plastic material that
is also comparatively soft, there is
33 ausgebildet. In der Querschnittsdarstellung
ist dieser als erkerartiger Vorsprung dargestellt. The connecting
In
As can also be seen from FIGS. 9 and 11, the
Fig. 14 und 15,
die Horizontalfläche 25 des Verstärkungsringes 24 in
Anlage zu einer Gegenfläche 35 in der Verschlußkappe 1
gelangt.
kommt.13 to 16 is a first installation example

Nach Beendigung des Spendevorganges wird die Verschlußmembran
2 aufgrund des Unterdruckes in dem angeschlossenen
Behältnis zurückbewegt, in die Stellung gemäß Fig.
After the dispensing process has ended, the sealing
It can be seen that the connecting
Die Verschlußkappe 1 weist, wie bereits angesprochen,
einen konusartigen bzw. trichterförmigen Erweiterungsbereich
9 auf. Dieser Erweiterungsbereich 9 besitzt zugleich
unterseitig, als freie Stirnfläche, die Anlagefläche
Erweiterungsbereich 9 angeformt. As already mentioned, the
In der zylinderförmigen Halterungswand 37 ist, beim
Ausführungsbeispiel unterhalb eines Niveaus der Stirnfläche
35, eine Halterungsausnehmung 38 ausgebildet.
Diese Halterungsausnehmung 38 besitzt eine obere Anschlagfläche
39, eine im wesentlichen vertikal sich
erstreckende Halterungswand 40 und einen unteren, nach
innen gegenüber der Halterungswand 40 vorragenden Halterungswulst

in radialer Richtung eine Auflaufschräge aufweist. In the cylindrical mounting
In dieser Halterungsausnehmung 38 ist der Befestigungsring

Fläche 39 der Halterungsausnehmung 38 anliegt. Unterseitig
der Fußfläche des Halterungsrings der Verschlußmembran
2 ist der Einbauring 31 aus üblichem Hartkunststoffmaterial
angeordnet.
Halterungsausnehmung erfolgt. Es ist ein Klemmsitz
gegeben. Durch dieses Andrücken des relativ weichen
Materials der Verschlußmembran 2 ist zugleich eine
Abdichtung in diesem Bereich vorteilhaft geschaffen.
Darüber hinaus ist eine sehr rationelle Montagemöglichkeit
gegeben. Die Verschlußmembran 2 mit dem vormontierten
Einbauring 31 braucht lediglich in die Halterungswand
37 von unten eingelegt und dann nachgedrückt zu
werden. Aufgrund der Auflaufschräge 42 fährt die Verschlußmembran

ein und ist sicher befestigt. In this
The described
In den Fig. 17 bis 20 ist ein weiteres Einbaubeispiel dargestellt, wobei hier lediglich die Unterschiede zu den vorherigen Einbauspielen beschrieben sind.17 to 20 is another installation example shown, with only the differences the previous installation games are described.
vorgesehen. It can be seen that with this installation game
Otherwise, the same conditions result as
described above, but the vigorously

It is also important that both in the
vergleichsbare Ausgestaltung vorgesehen. In Einzelheit
ist jedoch eine Änderung dahingehend vorgenommen, daß
der Erweiterungsbereich 9 lappenartige Einzelelemente
43 aufweist. Wesentlich sind die zwischen den Elementen
43 sich ergebenden Zwischenräume 44 (vgl. auch Fig.
verformt. Dies setzt sich bis zu dem Mittelpunktbereich
bzw. dem Bereich der Trennschlitze fort, wodurch
die Belüftungseigenschaft noch einmal deutlich unterstützt
wird.In the embodiment according to FIGS. 21 to 25
13 to 16 with respect to the
45 erfolgt.

comparable conditions, but with the difference

27 is a
In addition, this ring also provides its own separate
Securing the installation position of the sealing
There is also a separate proposal in integrating such a support ring immediately, in Two-component spraying process, on the sealing membrane to mold.
