Abstract

L'invention porte sur des techniques recourant à des antigènes de recombinaison de l'HTLV-I et de l'HTLV-II pour détecter les anticorps du HTVL dans un échantillon test. Les antigènes utilisés comprennent les HTLV-Igp46, HTLV-Igp21, HTLV-Ip24, HTLV-IIgp21 et HTLV-IIgp24 ou l'une de leurs combinaisons. L'invention porte également sur les trousses qui comprennent les antigènes de l'HTLV-I et de l'HTLV-II, et les plasmides à partir desquels ces antigènes de recombinaison ont été produits.
