Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'effectuer des séances d'exercices physiques d'amplitude maximale entraînant une technique inédite. Il est matérialisé par une table de travail rectangulaire au plateau de superficie (longueur: 1.80 m; largeur: 0.70 m) ayant sur une largeur un pied transversal pliable autorisant un angle d'inclinaison de ladite table de 12 à 20 degrés et, sur l'autre largeur un pied transversal fixe, la hauteur de chaque pied n'excédant pas 0.50 m. Le dispositif selon l'invention est destiné aux personnes désirant mieux, appréhender, connaître, et maintenir leur état psycho-physique par le biais d'une méthode de culture-physique simple, douce et progressive.

Description

DESCRIPTION TABLE D ' EXERCICE PHYSIQUE
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'effectuer des séances d'exercices physiques d'amplitude maximale entraînant une technique inédite.
Traditionnellement les exercices sont réalisés au sol à savoir sur un plan horizontal et de ce fait l'amplitude gestuelle obtenue se trouve réduite par rapport à l'expression totale des possibilités du corps humain pris en son individualité.
La recherche de cette dernière est par là même considérablement réduite.
Le dispositif selon l'invention remédie inéluctablement à cet inconvénient. Il est matérialisé par une table de travail rectangulaire au plateau de superficie (longueur : 1.80 m ; largeur : 0.70 m) ayant sur une largeur un pied transversal pliable autorisant un angle d'inclinaison de ladite table de 12 à 20 degrés et sur l'autre largeur un pied transversal fixe, la hauteur de chaque pied n'excédant pas 0.50 m.
La surélévation du corps et son inclinaison non seulement permet d'effectuer l'ensemble des exercices connus, dans une nouvelle amplitude, mais ouvre le champ à des nouvelles postures ; le pratiquant obtient un renforcement musculaire obtimal ainsi qu'un meilleur rendement toni-cardiaque dans une corrective maximale liée à une nouvelle gestuelle.
Le dessin annexé illustre l'invention.
En référence à ce dessin le dispositif comporte une table de travail rectangulaire ( 1 ) ayant sur une largeur un pied transversal (2) pliable (3) et sur l'autre largeur un pied transversal fixe (4), la hauteur de chaque pied n'excédant pas 0.50 m (5).
Le dispositif selon l'invention est destiné aux personnes désirant mieux; appréhender, connaître et améliorer leur état psycho-physique et le maintenir par le biais d'une méthode de culture physique simple, douce et progressive.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
H Dispositif permettant d'effectuer des séances d'exercices physiques en amplitude maximale caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une table de travail rectangulaire au plateau de superficie; longueur : 1.80 m ; largeur : 0.70 m (1) ayant sur une largeur un pied transversal pliable (2) autorisant un angle d'inclinaison de ladite table de 12 à 20 degrés (3) et sur l'autre largeur un pied transversal fixe (4), la hauteur de chaque pied n'excédant pas 0.50 m (5).
2) Dispositif selon la revendication (1) caractérisé en ce que le plateau rectangulaire de la table de travail est de dimension (longueur : 1.80 m ; largeur : 0.70 m) permettant à un individu même de taille et de corpulence supérieures de s'allonger.
3) Dispositif selon la revendication (2) caractérisé en ce que l'un des pieds constitué d' un élément, fixé selon n'importe quel procédé connu sur l'une des largeurs de la table, peut varier dans sa hauteur selon n'importe quel mécanisme connu.
4) Dispositif selon la revendication m ou la revendication.^ caractérisé par le fait que l'angle d'inclinaison existant entre le sol et la table, une fois le pied variable rabattu, et compris entre 12 et 20 degrés inclus.
5) Dispositif selon la revendication (4) caractérisé en ce que le second pied constitué d'un élément fixé, selon n'importe quel procédé connu sur l'autre largeur du plateau rectangulaire de la table, ne peut varier dans sa hauteur et, est donc raide.
6) Dispositif selon la revendication (5^ caractérisé en ce que la distance entre le sol et le plateau de la table non incliné, autrement dit la hauteur de chaque pied, n'excède pas 0.50 m.
