Description
Claims (16)
- Agencement de relais électromagnétique bistable polarisé comprenant au moins deux dispositifs de relais électromagnétiques (1, 2) instantanés monostables comportant chacun une culasse (3) en forme d'un L dont une aile (5) porte un noyau (6) de bobine (7) de relais (1, 2), au moins une unité de contacts électriques, une armature en forme de palette (9) montée pivotante entre des positions de contact avec l'extrémité libre du noyau (6) et écartée de cette dernière et dont l'une constitue la position de repos et l'autre la position de travail et d'actionnement desdits contacts électriques, et une bobine (7) d'excitation pour provoquer le pivotement de l'armature et des moyens d'interaction (31) entre les dispositifs de relais (1, 2) de sorte que l'excitation d'une bobine (7) provoque l'attraction d'une palette (9) et la répulsion de l'autre, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un aimant permanent (28) disposé entre les deux dispositifs de relais (1, 2) de façon qu'un pôle magnétique soit magnétiquement relié par des masses polaires (23) au deux culasses (3) des dispositifs de relais et des masses polaires (24) relient magnétiquement l'autre pôle de l'aimant aux deux palettes (9), et en ce que les circuits magnétiques des deux dispositifs de relais (1, 2) sont établis de façon que le flux magnétique (f) produit par une bobine (7) excitée passe en série à travers les deux palettes (9) en se superposant au flux magnétique (Fa, Fb) produit par l'aimant permanent (28).
- Agencement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les culasses en L (3) dont une aile (5) porte le noyau (6) porteur d'une bobine d'excitation (7), des deux dispositifs de relais (1, 2), sont axialement alignés en laissant subsister entre elles un intervalle prédéterminé (20), qu'une barre en un matériau magnétique (17) s'étend dans le plan des deux autres ailes (16) sur toute la longueur des culasses alignées, à un écart prédéterminé (15) des extrémités de celles-ci, et en ce que les deux palettes (9) sont montées pivotantes sur l'arête extérieure inférieure longitudinale (11) de cette barre (17).
- Agencement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'articulation entre la barre précitée (17) et les palettes (9) est réalisé sous forme d'une charnière magnétique.
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ensembles de masse polaire (23, 24) reposent sur un support non magnétique (21) posé sur les ailes (16) non porteuses de noyau des dispositifs de relais (1, 2) et la barre en matériau magnétique (17).
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de sécurité (30) en forme d'un balancier pourvu d'un levier (31) à deux bras reliés chacun à une palette (9) et monté pivotant de façon que le mouvement de répulsion d'une palette (9) de son noyau le dispositif de relais entraíne le mouvement d'attraction de l'autre palette (9) vers son noyau (6).
- Agencement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque extrémité du levier à deux bras (31) porte une tête de forme sphérique (54) s'engageant dans une cavité (55) de forme complémentaire montée à l'extrémité d'un axe (56) dont la longueur est variable et qui est fixé à la palette correspondante (9).
- Agencement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de l'axe de liaison (56) est variable à l'aide d'une vis (57) coaxial à l'axe et susceptible d'être vissée plus ou moins profondément dans la face frontale de l'extrémité libre de l'axe (56), cette dernière traversant la palette de façon à être actionnable de l'extérieur.
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les unités de contacts électriques précités sont groupés dans des modules de contacts (40, a, b), qui sont susceptibles d'être montés amoviblement sous les culasses (3) de l'agencement.
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une palette (9) porte au moins un support (35, 37) d'un élément (38) de commande d'un contact mobile (45) d'une unité de contacts (47, 48).
- Agencement selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le support (35, 37) est réglable en position sur la palette, à l'aide d'une vis de réglage (36).
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que son basculement est provoqué par la répulsion d'une palette de la face polaire de son noyau (6) porteur de bobine d'excitation.
- Agencement selon l'une des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des éléments de réglette (18) susceptibles d'être introduites dans l'évidement (15) entre la barre magnétique (17) et les extrémités des ailes de culasse (16), qui présentent une forme complémentaire à celle de l'évidement de façon qu'à l'état introduit, l'excitation de la bobine (7) produit un flux magnétique passant à travers le noyau (6), la palette (9), la barre (17), la réglette (18) et la culasse (3).
- Agencement selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les contacts de travail des modules de contacts (40a, 40b), associés à une palette (9) sont réglables, avec un accompagnement approprié, à l'état de fermeture de la palette, après l'introduction de la réglette (18) dans l'évidement (15), par l'ajustage, à l'aide de la vis de réglage (36), du support de l'élément de commande (35) sur la palette (9).
- Agencement selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce les ensembles de masse polaire (23, 24) comportent chacun des barres inférieures (25) et supérieures (26) et que les barres inférieures (25, 26) sont susceptibles d'être positionnés sélectivement dans leur position d'application contre les culasses (3) et les palettes fermées (9), après la mise en place des réglettes (18) dans les culasses (3) et l'excitation des bobines (7) des dispositifs de relais (1, 2).
- Agencement selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les barres de masse polaire supérieures (26) et l'aimant permanent (28) sont préassemblés, magnétisés et mis en place sur les barres de masse polaire inférieures (25), et que les barres supérieures (26) sont sélectivement positionnables en les poussant contre les culasses (3) et les palettes fermées (9), les réglettes (18) n'étant pas présentes dans les évidements (15).
- Agencement selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les contacts de repos des modules de contacts (40, 40a, 40b, 40c) sont réglables, avec un accompagnement approprié par variation de la longueur de l'axe (56) du dispositif balancier 30, par rotation des vis de réglage (57).
