Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a container with a lid for receiving of tableware, the container having a bottom and at least one side wall has and tubular spacers to secure the inserted dishes are provided, the end faces of the bottom or on the inside of the lid provided holders included, the holder at the bottom and are congruently arranged on the lid.
Such containers are known, they are used for receiving, storage and Transport of tableware (plates, coasters, cups and the like). A friend Containers of this type (FR 26 04 150) have a grid-like perforated base plate, the recesses in the base plate arranged in rows and rows are and the recesses are equidistant from each other. In these Recesses are rod-shaped spacers with a cross-sectional profile. These have a plug with a bead at their lower end, through which these rod-shaped spacers form-fit from the recesses be gripped in the base plate. These are known containers although what their ability to divide and adapt to what is to be included Tableware concerns, appropriately designed. Because in such containers not only clean dishes, but also dishes with leftovers they need to be cleaned. The existing one, broken into a grid Bottom plate is difficult to clean, however, so that this type of container does not meet strict hygiene requirements.
DE 43 15 305 also shows and describes such a container for the Picking up and transporting tableware. The spacers used here are tubular. There are recessed annular grooves in the bottom of the container, into which these tubular spacers can be inserted. This ring-shaped Grooves lie side by side in rows and rows. These provided here the receiving of the end faces of the spacer-serving annular grooves are narrow and deep and therefore difficult to clean. Furthermore is because of the adjacent grooves the adaptability to the to be accommodated Crockery limited.
Furthermore, here is the hard foam plastic packaging known from CH 666 460 A5 for vessels and flat goods. It has a lid, provided with diameter display openings and an inspection opening, at the The base is a retaining ring designed as a cylindrical ring bead, together with Retained grooves in the lid for holding retaining clips, which in the inserted position, hold the cover together with the bottom of the case. The inner case back is surrounded by the side walls, which are octagonal Arrangement which have recesses for the storage of the holding elements. The diameter display openings allow the position of the holding elements determine and provide information about the dimensions of the piece goods, without the packaging to have to open. The shape of the holding elements allows mutual Interlocking these elements and positioning them in the eight recesses in the side walls, which open up various possible combinations, which the possible shapes and dimensions of the to be packed Goods correspond. Such rigid foam transparent packaging is used to hold tableware completely unsuitable.
Finally, DE 29 44 327 A1 and US Pat. No. 4,615,444 should also be mentioned, which trays for cups or beverage cans show and describe. These trays have recesses that are exactly the cups to be accommodated or cans correspond. Design options for customizing these trays cups or cans of different sizes are not provided here.
Based on this prior art, it is an object of the invention to To construct containers of the type described above so that it on the one hand can be cleaned easily and reliably and on the other hand a high degree adaptability for different tableware. The invention solves this problem in that the holder through lenticular elevations in plan view are formed, which are arranged in rows, those in a row successive surveys with their broad sides facing each other and the distance between two in a series of successive surveys one integer fraction of the inside diameter of the tubular spacer is. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the subclaims captured.

Above a container 1 with a square plan is shown. The invention is also applicable to those containers that are rectangular, not square Have a floor plan. The invention is also applicable to containers with a round cross section applicable. In all of these cases the series of surveys cross 7. The elevations can be used for containers with a rectangular or square outline 7 can also be arranged in parallel rows. This leads to the embodiment shown above to a cluster of the surveys, without, however, the adaptability in a corresponding Extent could be improved. An accumulation of these surveys 7 also affects keeping such containers clean.
