    characterised in that the push button (6) is joined to a rod (22) mounted to slide in a bore (23) of the body against the action of a compression spring (24) inserted into the said bore, the said rod comprising a notch (28) with which there cooperates a dog point (29) joined to the vane (30), which is guided, firstly, on a shoulder (31) of the distribution wall (36) and, secondly, in a groove (45) of a component (32) of the body (1).
