- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe schématique d'une pompe volumétrique conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective schématique des deux rotors de la pompe visible sur la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est un schéma montrant la différence entre les sections de l'un des lobes d'un tronçon terminal entraíneur et de l'un des lobes du tronçon hélicoïdal adjacent ; et
- la figure 4 est un schéma analogue à celui de la figure 3, mais montrant le tronçon terminal entraíneur et le tronçon hélicoïdal adjacent dans une autre position de réglage.
Claims (6)
- Pompe volumétrique pour liquides visqueux, notamment pour mélasses et masses cuites d'origine sucrière, comprenant un carter (1) renfermant deux rotors (2,3) pourvus de lobes auto-entraínants (2a,2b,...,2e ; 3a,3b,...3e) en prise les uns avec les autres, caractérisée en ce que les lobes des rotors sont constitués par une succession d'éléments hélicoïdaux (2a1,2a2,2a3 , 2b1,2b2,2b3 , ..., 2e1,2e2,2e3 ; 3a1,3a2,3a3, 3b1,3b2,3b3 , ... , 3e1,3e2,3e3) indépendants et alternativement droits et gauches, ces éléments comportant une ligne sommitale de part et d'autre de laquelle s'étendent deux méplats longitudinaux (10) inclinés en sens inverse.
- Pompe volumétrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux méplats (10) d'un même tronçon hélicoïdal sont symétriques par rapport à la ligne sommitale correspondante.
- Pompe volumétrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les rotors (2,3) comprennent chacun un tronçon terminal entraíneur (2a1 ; 3a1), les lobes des tronçons terminaux entraíneurs étant en prise les uns avec les autres et ayant une section transversale légèrement plus grande que celle des lobes des autres tronçons hélicoïdaux (2a2,2a3 ; 3a2,3a3).
- Pompe volumétrique selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons terminaux entraíneurs (2a1 ; 3a1) sont réalisés en un matériau plus dur que celui constituant les autres tronçons hélicoïdaux (2a2,2a3 ; 3a2,3a3).
- Pompe volumétrique selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons terminaux entraíneurs (2a1 ; 3a1) des rotors (2,3) sont réglables angulairement par rapport aux tronçons hélicoïdaux (2a2 ; 3a2) adjacents.
- Pompe volumétrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque rotor (2,3) comporte cinq ou six lobes.
