Claims (2)
- Dispositif de commande d'appareils pneumatiques tels que des visseuses comprenant un corps (1) dans lequel est logé un moteur pneumatique (8) entraínant, par une liaison cinématique un outil (16), ledit corps (1) étant solidaire d'une poignée (2) comportant, d'une part, un canal d'admission (4) destiné à être relié à une conduite souple de distribution d'air comprimé et, d'autre part, une canal d'échappement (7) relié directement à l'échappement du moteur (8), sur la poignée étant montée basculante, en un point intermédiaire de sa longueur, une détente (11) reliée par une liaison cinématique à une soupape (15) pour commander, lorsqu'elle est basculée dans un sens ou dans l'autre, l'admission d'air comprimé vers une cavité (26) s'ouvrant sur un premier conduit d'admission (37) correspondant à un sens normal de rotation du moteur, la détente (11) étant basculée dans un sens et sur un second conduit d'admission (40) correspondant à un sens opposé de rotation du moteur, la détente étant basculée dans l'autre sens et des moyens pour sélectivement conduire l'air comprimé vers l'un ou l'autre des conduits d'admission (37, 40), suivant le sens de basculement de la détente, ledit dispositif de commande étant caractérisé en ce que la détente (11) est reliée à un piston (21) mobile dans un cylindre (22), une tige (19) solidaire de la soupape (15) s'insérant dans une ouverture du piston (21) de manière, lorsque la détente est basculée dans un sens ou dans l'autre, à commander l'admission d'air comprimé, ledit piston (21), du côté opposé à la détente (11), comportant une came (30) coopérant avec une extrémité d'un poussoir (51) guidé dans un alésage (50) du corps et dont l'autre extrémité porte contre un sélecteur (43) dont une extrémité est articulée sur un axe (42) d'une paroi (57) du corps et comportant un conduit d'échappement (56), tandis que l'autre extrémité est terminée par une palette (45) ccopérant avec ladite paroi (57), des moyens élastiques (44) maintenant le sélecteur (43) dans une position dans laquelle le premier conduit d'admission (37) peut être alimenté, la palette (45) mettant en communication le second conduit d'admission (40) avec le conduit d'échappement (56), le basculement de la détente, dans le sens correspondant à la rotation normale du moteur, engendrant un coulissement dans un sens du piston (21) pour commander l'ouverture de la soupape, tandis que le basculement de la détente (11) dans le sens opposé engendre un coulissement du piston (21) dans un sens opposé pour, d'une part, commander l'ouverture de la soupape (15) et, d'autre part, que la came (30) déplace le poussoir (51) qui, en coopérant avec le sélecteur, déplace celui-ci afin que la palette (45) occulte le premier conduit d'admission (37) dégage le second conduit d'admission (40), et mette en communication le premier conduit d'admission (37) avec le conduit d'échappement (56).
- Dispositif de commande d'appareils pneumatiques tels que des visseuses, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité du poussoir (51), coopérant avec la came (30), comporte un roulement à billes (52).
