Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bedieneinheit (1) zum Schalten und Steuern von Funktionen (6) an Haushaltsgeräten. Dabei weist die Bedieneinheit (1) eine durchgehende Bedienfläche (2) mit Betätigungsbereichen (3) und bedruckter Folie (5) auf. An der Rückseite der Bedienfläche (2) sind mehrere Piezosensoren (4) angeordnet. Die Piezosensoren (4) sind fest bzw. starr mit der Bedienfläche verbunden. Die Piezosensoren (4) befinden sich beispielsweise in einem Folienpaket (9), über welches die Piezosensoren (4) mit einem Prozessor (12) elektrisch verbunden sind. Durch eine versetzte, matrixartige Anordnung der Piezosensoren (4) an der Rückseite der Bedienfläche (2) zu der bedruckten Folie (5), wird eine direkte Durch- bzw. Beleuchtung der Folien (5) und damit eine visuell bessere Erkennung durch die Bedienperson sowie eine exakte Funktionserkennung durch den Prozessor (12) erreicht. Ein im Prozessor (12) integrierter Eingangsfilter (15) schließt Fehlbetätigungen durch unerwünschte Betätigung durch Bedienpersonen an der Bedieneinheit (1) aus.

The invention relates to an operating unit (1) for switching and controlling functions (6) on household appliances. The control unit (1) has a continuous control surface (2) with actuation areas (3) and printed film (5). Several piezo sensors (4) are arranged on the back of the control surface (2). The piezo sensors (4) are firmly or rigidly connected to the control surface. The piezo sensors (4) are, for example, in a foil package (9), via which the piezo sensors (4) are electrically connected to a processor (12). An offset, matrix-like arrangement of the piezo sensors (4) on the back of the control surface (2) to the printed film (5), a direct illumination or illumination of the films (5) and thus a visually better detection by the operator and an exact function recognition by the processor (12) is achieved. An input filter (15) integrated in the processor (12) rules out incorrect operations due to undesired operation by operating personnel on the operating unit (1).
