Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren zum Fließpressen eines napfförmigen Teils (10) aus einem etwa zylindrischen Grundkörper (1) unter Einsatz eines fließfähigen Schmierstoffs angegeben, bei dem vor der Ausführung des eigentlichen Fließpreßvorgangs, ausgehend von einem etwa zylindrischen Grundkörper (1) zur Ausformung eines napfförmigen Teils bis auf Endtiefe wenigstens eine Freisparung (3) an der Innenwandfläche (4) ausgeformt wird. Mittels der so gebildeten Freisparung (3) oder vorzugsweise der Mehrzahl von in Umfangsrichtung vorzugsweise regelmäßig verteilten Freisparungen (3), welche insbesondere bis zum freien Rand (5) des napfförmigen Teils (10) reichen, kann der später beim Fließpreßvorgang eingesetzte fließfähige Schmierstoff in gezielter Weise nach außen abgeführt werden. Hierdurch lassen sich Achsversetzungen und Achsverdrängungen des Fließpreß-Werkzeugs bei der Bearbeitung bis auf Endtiefe vermeiden und dennoch wird eine ausreichende Schmierfunktion durch den fließfähigen Schmierstoff sichergestellt. Vorzugsweise wird oder werden die Freisparung(en) (3) mittels des Stempels zur Ausbildung eines Zentrieransatzes (2) zugleich ausgeformt. Als Fließpreßbearbeitung kommt Rückwärtsfließpressen, Vorwärtsfließpressen, Querfließpressen oder Kombinationen hiervon beispielsweise in Betracht.
