Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmetauscher aus einer Mehrzahl von Einzelrohren. Die einzelnen Wärmetauschrohre sind an ihren freien Enden flüssigkeits- und gasdicht unter Freihaltung von Strömungswegen miteinander verbunden. Die äußere Rohrlage ist umlaufend von einem Randflansch eingefaßt. Die Erfindung wird darin gesehen, daß zwei aus polymerem Werkstoff bestehende Deckelteile (11, 12) vorgesehen sind. Diese Deckelteile (11, 12) besitzen über ihre Fläche verteilt in definiertem Abstand voneinanderstehende Aufnahmöffnungen (1116) für die Steckenden der einzelnen Wärmetauschrohre. Die Aufnahmeöffnungen (1116) sind ferner als umlaufende Dichtungen (1117, 1118, 1119) ausgebildet, welche im Zusammenwirken mit den Steckenden der einzelnen Wärmetauscherrohre (2) diese gegen die Deckelteile (11, 12) abdichten. The invention relates to a heat exchanger comprising a plurality of individual tubes. The individual heat exchange tubes are connected to one another at their free ends in a liquid-tight and gas-tight manner, keeping flow paths clear. The outer tube layer is encircled by an edge flange. The invention is seen in the fact that two cover parts (11, 12) made of polymer material are provided. These cover parts (11, 12) have receiving openings (1116) for the plug ends of the individual heat exchange tubes which are distributed at a defined distance from one another over their surface. The receiving openings (1116) are also designed as circumferential seals (1117, 1118, 1119) which, in cooperation with the plug ends of the individual heat exchanger tubes (2), seal these against the cover parts (11, 12).
