Description
The utility model relates to the field of heating pure aggressive media in a duct, such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents, with a viscosity equal to the viscosity of water.
A device is known according to copyright certificate No. 954783

The invention relates to heat exchangers and can be used in semiconductor technology for heating ultrapure liquids, for example, deionized water.
The heat exchanger contains a housing in which a bundle of polymer tubes connected to the distributing and collecting collectors, and heaters are placed. The tubes are twisted together in pairs and form coaxially mounted hollow cylinders. Each cylinder is thus formed by several autonomous coil sections. The tubes of each section of the cylinders are intertwined and connected to the manifolds and in such a way that countercurrent fluid movement is organized in adjacent tubes. A cover is installed on the body, and an impeller for mixing the coolant is mounted along the axis of the tube bundle. The tubes in each section are arranged in increments equal to 1.2-1.3 of their outer diameter.
The heat exchanger operates as follows.
Cold deionized water is supplied to the distributing collector, which, passing further through the polymer tubes, is heated by heat exchange with a coolant filling the annular space of the casing. Heated water is removed from the heat exchanger through a collecting manifold. In this case, the heating medium is carried out by heaters. If necessary, using the impeller, the coolant is mixed. Since the movement of deionized water in adjacent tubes occurs in the opposite direction, and the tubes are arranged in increments of 1.2-1.3 of their outer diameter, the temperature of the walls of the tubes is averaged and deformation of the tube bundle is eliminated.
The execution of hollow cylinders in the form of several autonomous sections allows to reduce the length of the tubes and, accordingly, increase the performance of the heat exchanger.
However, this device, selected as a prototype and used for heating water, is also not without drawbacks and cannot be used for heating aggressive media, because structurally it is made (and used in installations) in a vertical position. This can be dangerous if the tubes in which the heated medium flows, i.e. acids and other aggressive environments, which is unacceptable for safety.
A design of a device for heating aggressive media is proposed — a heat exchanger, mainly for heating clean aggressive media (acids, alkalis, organic solvents), a cylindrical-
Due to the presence of a large number of fluorine atoms in its structure, fluoroplastics are characterized by very high chemical, radiation and corrosion resistance, and also have excellent weather resistance, heat resistance and frost resistance. Fluoroplastics are non-combustible or self-extinguishing upon fire. These polymeric materials have a low coefficient of friction, very low water absorption and gas permeability, good dielectric characteristics and high dielectric strength.
Fluoroplast-4 is poorly or generally insoluble in many organic solvents. Ftoroplast-4 is resistant to all acids, oil products, alkalis in the range of -269 - + 260 ° С, for which it was awarded the name “plastic platinum”.
Ftoroplast-4 is the most resistant of all known materials. Acids, oxidizing agents, alkalis, solvents do not act on it at all. Only molten alkali metals and their complex compounds with ammonia, naphthalene, pyridine, as well as chlorine trifluoride and elemental fluorine at elevated temperatures act on fluoroplast-4. Processing of these materials is not provided for in the proposed heat exchanger.
The technology of assembly (welding) of tubes with collectors determines their manufacture from one brand of fluoroplastic, because the thermal conductivity and linear expansion coefficients of these parts should be the same. The utility model is illustrated by drawings, where in FIG. 1 is a schematic view of bundled tubes, and FIG. 2 is a schematic view with straight tubes, and in FIG. 3 is an end view of a heat exchanger.
2).EFFECT: increased operational reliability is achieved by the fact that the tubes and collectors are made of fluoroplast-4 with a density of 2.2 g / cm 3 and a temperature range of -269 - + 260 ° C. In this case, when heating more viscous aggressive media, the
One of the important characteristics of the heat exchanger is the ratio of the volume of the heated medium to the volume of the coolant.
To determine this ratio, it is necessary to take the extremely minimum and maximum maximum dimensions of the heat exchanger and calculate the final volumes of the coolant and the medium.

The proposed heat exchanger operates as follows.
