Claims (14)
- Volet roulant à commande électrique comportant un tablier (6), un tube (4) et un dispositif de démultiplication (20,30,40,50), le tablier (6) s'enroulant, et se déroulant, autour du tube (4) lorsque celui-ci est entraíné en rotation dans un sens, ou dans l'autre, par le dispositif de démultiplication (20, 30, 40, 50) lequel comporte, d'une part, un pignon dit central (21, 31, 41, 51) ayant un moyeu (22, 32, 42, 52) adapté à être solidarisé en rotation audit tube (4) et, d'autre part, un pignon (24, 34, 44, 54) dit menant pour l'entraínement en rotation du pignon central (21, 31, 41, 51), le pignon menant (24, 34, 44, 54) ayant un moyeu (27, 37, 47, 57) adapté à être solidarisé en rotation à l'arbre moteur d'un moteur électrique (M), caractérisé par le fait que le volet roulant comporte à chacune de ses extrémités une console (2) en forme de boítier fermée par une plaque (3), chaque console (2) ou chaque plaque (3) étant adaptée à supporter à rotation les extrémités du tube (4), une console (2) et sa plaque (3) définissant un espace de faible encombrement axial, dit espace technique, les pignons central (21,31,41,51) et menant (24,34,44,54) dudit dispositif de démultiplication (20, 30, 40, 50) étant logés et montés tournant dans un boítier (29,39,49,59) lui-même logé dans ledit espace technique.
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le pignon central (21, 31, 41) engrène directement avec le pignon menant (24, 34, 44).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le pignon menant (54) est adapté à entraíner le pignon central (51) via une chaíne cinématique comportant au moins un pignon intermédiaire (63).
- Volet roulant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le pignon central (21) et le pignon menant (24) sont des pignons cylindriques à dentures droites ou hélicoïdales, leurs axes étant parallèles.
- Volet roulant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le pignon central (31) et le pignon menant (34) sont des pignons coniques et leurs axes sont perpendiculaires.
- Volet roulant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le pignon central (41) et le pignon menant (44) sont des pignons coniques et leurs axes sont parallèles.
- Volet roulant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que, pour sa solidarisation en rotation avec le tube, le pignon central (21, 31, 41, 51) présente un logement (23, 33, 43, 53) ou embout de section non circulaire s'étendant selon son axe.
- Volet roulant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que, pour sa solidarisation en rotation avec l'arbre moteur, le pignon menant (24, 34, 44, 54) présente un logement (28, 38, 48, 58) ou embout de section non circulaire s'étendant selon son axe.
- Volet roulant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en outre un moyen d'entraínement (25, 35, 45) du pignon central (21, 31, 41) susceptible d'être actionné manuellement.
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen d'entraínement (35, 45) est un pignon engrenant avec le pignon central (31, 41).
- Volet roulant selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen d'entraínement (25) est une vis sans fin engrenant avec le pignon central (21).
- Volet roulant selon l'une des revendications 3 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'un au moins des pignons central (21, 31, 41, 51), menant (24, 34, 44, 54) et intermédiaire (63) est un pignon étagé (61-62).
- Volet roulant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un boítier (29, 39, 49, 59) supportant les pignons.
- Volet roulant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un coffre (1) dans lequel est logé le tube (4) et qui supporte chaque console (2) ou chaque plaque (3).
