Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichung zur Enthaarung durch wärmeschmelzbares Wachs, mit einem Gehäuse, das mit oder in der Hand gehalten werden kann und innerhalb dessen ein Behälter zum Speichern des Wachses angeordnet ist und ein Heizmittel zum Erhitzen des Wachses, damit es in einem im wesentlichen flüssigen Zustand aufgetragen werden kann, wobei die Vorrichtung am Auslaß des Behälters eine ihr zugeordnete Wachs-Auftragwalze (1) enthält, die an ihrer Oberfläche mit Einschnitten(4) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnitte (4) sich im wesentlichen in der Laufrichtung der Walze (1) erstrecken, so daß sie auf dem aufgetragenen Wachsstreifen (10) Bereiche mit Überdicke bilden, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Abreißrichtung (F) des Streifens sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnitte (4) sich in senkrecht zur Achse (x-x') der Walze (1) verlaufenden Ebenen erstrecken.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnitte (4) zueinander parallel sind und vorzugsweise denselben Abstand voneinander haben.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnitte (4) kreisförmig sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnitte eine Vielzahl von Segmenten (4a) bilden, die in Umfangsrichtung der Oberfläche der Walze (1) auf einem und demselben theoretischen Kreis ausgerichtet sind, der auf der Achse der Walze zentriert ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Segmente von zwei benachbarten Kreisen sich mindestens auf einem Flächenabschnitt überdecken.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnitte eine Reihe von Schlangenlinien bilden, die vorzugsweise denselben Abstand voneinander haben.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchschnittstiefe der Einschnitte ungefähr 0,3 mm und ihre Breite ungefähr 0,5 mm beträgt, wobei die Einschnitte einen Abstand voneinander von ungefähr 2,8 mm haben.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zehn Einschnitte vorgesehen sind.
