Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein wärmegedämmtes Verbundprofil, insbesondere für Rahmen von Türen, Fenstern, Fassadenelementen oder dergl., bestehend aus einem außenseitigen sowie einem innenseitigen Metallprofil sowie mindestens einem diese Metallprofile unter Bildung einer Wärmedämmbrücke miteinander verbindenden Isoliersteg, der mit in Längsrichtung sich erstreckenden, vorzugweise schwalbenschwanzförmig verbreiterten, einen Fuß bildenden Endabschnitten in entsprechend hinterschnittene Aufnahmenuten an den Metallprofilen greift. Die insoweit fertiggestellten Verbundprofile werden jedoch im Anschluß daran häufig noch Wärmebehandlungen unterworfen, z.B. bei der Einbrennlackierung. Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte wärmegedämmte

innenseitigen Metallprofil 1,2, wobei die beiden
Metallprofile 1,2 unter Bildung einer Wärmedämmbrücke
durch Isolierstege 3 miteinander verbunden sind. Diese
Isolierstege 3 weisen in Längsrichtung sich
erstreckende, vorzugweise schwalbenschwanzförmig
verbreiterte, einen Fuß 4 bildende Endabschnitte auf,
die in entsprechend hinterschnittene Aufnahmenuten 5

jeweils eigenen, durch den Steg 14 gebildeten Taschen
der Aufnahmenut 5 angeschlossen sind, wird darüber
hinaus auf Grund der vergrößerten gegenseitigen
Anlagefläche eine erhöhte Festigkeit erreicht. Die
durch den Spalt 13 hervorgerufene Reduzierung des
Volumens des Fußes 4 in mehrere Teilvolumina erlaubt
wegen der geringeren Nachgiebigkeit des Kunststoffs
außerdem die Anwendung höherer Anrolldrücke bei der
