Definitions
- the invention relates to an electrically controlled locker with a magnetic lever, which can rest on an electrically excitable holding magnet.
- Security locks with so-called holding magnet technology have become known in various embodiments. It is common to place the lock in the compartment door and to interrogate the electromagnetically controlled lock with a handle that pulls the bolt back when released. Such an electromagnetically controlled security lock has become known, for example, from European Patent 0427188.
- EP 0228027 describes an embodiment in which a double-bit lock is combined with the electrical lock. The compartment can therefore only be opened if the opening impulse is given, the tenant inserts his key and turns it over. It is common for a supervisor to identify the tenant and release the lock electrically. A stranger who has found or blackmailed a key locker will fail at the access control.
- such a lock requires a breakthrough in the value compartment door for the customer key or two breakthroughs for the customer and emergency opening keys of the bank.
- the invention has for its object to develop a locker that does not require any openings in the compartment door.
- This object is achieved in that the security door carries a locking hook which dips into the lock accommodated in the frame and is held by a rotatable door lock.
- the lock has a push button, which rests on the safe deposit door, which controls a cross slide, which moves both the door lock and the magnetic lever.
- the door is mounted so that it can perform a slight swivel movement inwards to actuate the push button. This movement is sufficient to move the magnetic lever via the cross slide and to implement a possible opening impulse.
- the cross slide and the door lock are held in the open position so that a spring acting on the push button can open the door.
- the door has neither a handle nor a keyhole.
- the control and signal cables are inserted into the frames from the rear and are therefore not subject to any wear and tear caused by movement. They are also denied access from the access side.
- the inserted cash box becomes visible, the front wall of which carries a key lock, preferably a double-bit lock.
- the bolt of this lock engages in the frame or the frame lock, where it can control other functions.
- Fig. 1 denotes the housing of the electromagnetically controlled lock.
- a key slide 2 is mounted in the upper part, the left end of which rests on the security compartment door 3.
- the door 3 is connected to a U-shaped stiffening plate 3a and a locking hook 4.
- the locking cam 5a is shown hatched.
- a toothing 5b engages in the rack 6a of a cross slide 6.
- a mandrel 2a of the slide switch 2 rests in a control recess 6b.
- the control mandrel 7a of a magnetic lever 7 rests in an elongated hole 6c.
- the lever carries an armature 7b, under which an electromagnet 8 is arranged.
- the slide switch 2 is pressed to the left by a coil spring 9.
- Another coil spring 10 is mounted above the cross slide 6.
- Fig. 1 shows all parts in the rest position, in which the door 3 is locked.
- an arrow 11 indicates that pressure has been applied to the door 3.
- the door is mounted in such a way that it can perform a certain swiveling movement inwards, which is used to query the lock as follows:
- the feeler slide 2 moves against the force of the spring 9 to the right, its mandrel 2a lifting the cross slide 6 against the force of the spring 10.
- the locking cam 5a is rotated into the release position via the toothing 5b, 6a.
- the magnetic lever 7 is tilted to the right so that its armature 7b rests on the yoke of the electromagnet 8. At this moment, when the electromagnet 8 is energized, it holds the armature 7b.
- the spring 9 pushes the slide switch 2 to the left. He pushes on the door 3, whereby according to FIG. 3 the nose 4a of the locking hook 4 passes the locking cam 5.
- the holding force of the electromagnet 8 is sufficient to hold the cross slide 6 against the force of the weak spring 10 above, so that the mandrel 2a of the slide switch 2 can run into the left corner of the control recess 6b. There he holds the cross slide 6 in the upper end position, so that the holding current of the magnet 8 is no longer required.
- FIGS. 1 and 3 A comparison of FIGS. 1 and 3 shows that in FIG. 3 the slide switch 2 is extended further to the left.
- the user of the safe deposit box closes the door 3
- the cross slide 6 falls down
- the magnetic lever 8 folds back
- the cam 5a goes into the locked position.
- All parts now assume the state of FIG. 1 again .
- the magnetic lever 7 immediately folds back when the door is released
- the cross slide 6 drops again and the cam 5a moves into the locked position. Without an opening impulse, the attempt to open the door must go nowhere.
- an inclined ramp surface 12 is provided in the housing, which stabilizes and supports the locking hook 4.
- Fig. 4 shows - similar to Fig. 1 - the reverse position.
- a vertically displaceable emergency opening rod 13 is provided which, in addition to an elongated hole 13a serving as a guide, has a control recess 13b.
- An emergency opening lever 14 carries a mandrel 14a which extends through the control recess 13b and projects into the plane of the cross slide 6.
- a leg spring 15 presses the lever 14 to the left. 4 , the mandrel 14a is held in the right end position. 5, the spring 15 presses the mandrel 14a against the shoulder of the cross slide 6.
- FIG. 7 shows a section through the door lock 1 accommodated in the frame and part of the cassette 16.
- a double-bit lock 17 is accommodated in the cassette.
- a bolt 19 is extended, which protrudes through the frame 20 into the housing 1 of the door lock.
- the bolt 19 moves a pressure lock 22 against the force of a spring 2. In this position, the push-button slide 2 can be pushed back, so the door can be operated normally.
- the pressure lock 22 prevents the push button 2 from being able to perform the required control movements. This results in:
- the compartment door 3 can only be closed and locked automatically when the cassette is inserted and locked.
- the distance between the closed door 3 and the cassette 16 is preferably such that the key 18 must be removed before the door is closed.
- FIG. 9 shows in cross section the door 3, the housing 1 of the door lock, the frame 20 and the cassette 16.
- the door 3, shown in abbreviated form, is supported at the right end by means of a hinge 23.
- FIG. 10 shows a side view of the door lock, in which both the emergency opening rod 13 and the U-shaped bolt 9 of the double-bit lock 17 are indicated.
- FIG. 11 is a top view of the arrangement of FIG. 10 .
- a cross section through the housing 1 is shown in FIG. 12 .
- 13 shows the lock cover 24 with the U-shaped recess 24a for the bolt 19.
- the castle ceiling 24 can be seen from the side.
- 15 shows the empty lock housing 1
- 16 shows a longitudinal section
- Fig. 17 is a cross section and 18 the view from the left.
- 19 discloses the shape of the cross slide 6 with the toothed rack 6a, the control recess 6b and the elongated hole 6c.
- 20 shows the slide 6 in a top view.
- 21 shows the slide switch 2 with the mandrel 2a from the front, 22 this part from above, in which a guide mandrel 2b can also be seen.
- FIG. 23 shows the view of the magnetic lever 7 with the control mandrel 7a, the armature 7b and the bearing bush 7c. 24 shows this part from above.
- 25 and 26 show two views of the emergency opening lever 14 with the mandrel 14a.
- 27 shows a section of the emergency opening rod 13 with the elongated hole 13a and the control recess 13b.
- 28 and 29 show two views of the pressure lock 22 with a bore 22a for the spring 21 ( FIGS. 7 and 8).
- a false ceiling 25 for the door lock is shown.
- a guide pin 2b of the slide switch 2 slides in an elongated hole, which can be seen in FIGS . 21/22 .
- the size of the elongated hole 25a determines the adjustment path of the slide switch 2.
- the locker described is suitable and intended, in large numbers manufactured and used in publicly accessible security systems. Here can each have a number of compartments corresponding to the room height one above the other to be ordered.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an electrically controlled locker with a magnetic lever, which can rest on an electrically excitable holding magnet.
Security locks with so-called holding magnet technology have become known in various embodiments.
It is common to place the lock in the compartment door and to interrogate the electromagnetically controlled lock with a handle that pulls the bolt back when released. Such an electromagnetically controlled security lock has become known, for example, from European Patent 0427188.
EP 0228027 describes an embodiment in which a double-bit lock is combined with the electrical lock. The compartment can therefore only be opened if the opening impulse is given, the tenant inserts his key and turns it over. It is common for a supervisor to identify the tenant and release the lock electrically. A stranger who has found or blackmailed a key locker will fail at the access control. Depending on the embodiment, such a lock requires a breakthrough in the value compartment door for the customer key or two breakthroughs for the customer and emergency opening keys of the bank.
The invention has for its object to develop a locker that does not require any openings in the compartment door.
This object is achieved in that the security door carries a locking hook which dips into the lock accommodated in the frame and is held by a rotatable door lock. The lock has a push button, which rests on the safe deposit door, which controls a cross slide, which moves both the door lock and the magnetic lever.
The door is mounted so that it can perform a slight swivel movement inwards to actuate the push button. This movement is sufficient to move the magnetic lever via the cross slide and to implement a possible opening impulse.
If this impulse is present, the cross slide and the door lock are held in the open position so that a spring acting on the push button can open the door.
The door has neither a handle nor a keyhole. The control and signal cables are inserted into the frames from the rear and are therefore not subject to any wear and tear caused by movement. They are also denied access from the access side.
After opening the door, the inserted cash box becomes visible, the front wall of which carries a key lock, preferably a double-bit lock. The bolt of this lock engages in the frame or the frame lock, where it can control other functions.

In Fig. 1 , 1 denotes the housing of the electromagnetically controlled lock. A

In Fig. 2 , an

A comparison of FIGS. 1 and 3 shows that in FIG. 3 the

Fig. 4 zeigt - ähnlich wie Fig. 1 - die Spetrstellung.
4, 5 and 6 illustrate how the door lock can be opened if the holding magnet system described fails.
