Claims (11)
- Axialkolbenmaschine (1) mitdadurch gekennzeichnet,einer um eine Zylindertrommelachse (7) drehbar gelagerten Zylindertrommel (6), in der Zylinderbohrungen (10) ausgebildet sind, in welchen Kolben (11) verschiebbar geführt sind,einer Anschlußplatte (26), in welcher eine Niederdruck-Anschlußöffnung (60) und eine Hochdruck-Anschlußöffnung (61) ausgebildet sind,einer Steuerscheibe (25), in welcher Steueröffnungen (27, 28) ausgebildet sind, um die Zylinderbohrungen (10) der um die Zylindertrommelachse (7) rotierenden Zylindertrommel (6) zyklisch mit der Niederdruck-Anschlußöffnung (60) und der Hochdruck-Anschlußöffnung (61) zu verbinden, undeiner Fixiereinrichtung, um einen Verdrehungswinkel (α), den die Steuerscheibe (25) gegenüber der Anschlußplatte (26) einnimmt, zu fixieren,
daß die Fixiereinrichtung zumindest einen von der der Steuerscheibe (25) abgewandten Seite der Anschlußplatte (26) zugänglichen, außerhalb der Anschlußöffnungen (60, 61) gelegenen Fixierstift (43) umfaßt, der die Steuerscheibe (25) gegenüber der Anschlußplatte (26) fixiert und somit den Verdrehungswinkel (α) zwischen der Steuerscheibe (25) und der Anschlußplatte (26) festlegt. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Anschlußplatte (26) und der Steuerscheibe (25) jeweils zumindest zwei Ausnehmungen (40, 41; 49, 50, 70, 71) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Drehwinkelabstand zwischen den Ausnehmungen (40, 41) der Anschlußplatte (26) nicht mit dem Drehwinkelabstand zwischen den Ausnehmungen (49, 50; 70, 71) der Steuerscheibe (25) übereinstimmt. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmungen (40, 41; 49, 50, 70, 71) als kreisförmige Bohrungen (40, 41; 49, 50) oder teilkreisförmige Aussparungen (70, 71) ausgebildet sind und durch konzentrische Ausrichtung einer bestimmten Bohrung (40, 41) bzw. Aussparung der Anschlußplatte (26) mit einer bestimmten Bohrung (49, 50) bzw. Aussparung (70, 71) der Steuerscheibe (25) ein vorgegebener Verdrehungswinkel (α) zwischen der Anschlußplatte (26) und der Steuerscheibe (25) festgelegt wird. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die konzentrische Ausrichtung einer bestimmten Bohrung (40, 41) bzw. Aussparung der Anschlußplatte (26) mit einer bestimmten Bohrung (49, 50) bzw. Aussparung (70, 71) der Steuerscheibe (25) durch den in die Bohrungen bzw. Aussparungen der Anschlußplatte (26) und der Steuerscheibe (25) eingreifenden Fixierstift (43) fixierbar ist. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmungen (40, 41) der Anschlußplatte (26) als durch die Anschlußplatte (26) hindurchführende Durchgangsbohrungen (40, 41) ausgebildet sind, in welche der Fixierstift (43) von der der Steuerscheibe (25) abgewandten Seite einschiebbar ist. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmungen der Steuerscheibe (25) als Bohrungen, insbesondere Sackbohrungen (49, 50) ausgebildet sind, in welche der Fixierstift (43) eingreift. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmungen der Steuerscheibe (25) als peripher angeordnete, teilkreisförmige Aussparungen (70, 71) ausgebildet sind, in welche der Fixierstift (43) eingreift. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche soweit auf Anspruch 3 rückbezogen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Fixierstift (43) einen konischen Abschnitt (53) aufweist, um beim Einschieben des Fixierstiftes (43) in eine Bohrung (49) bzw. Aussparungen der Steuerscheibe (25) die konzentrische Ausrichtung zwischen der Bohrung (40) bzw. Aussparung der Anschlußplatte (26) und der Bohrung (49) bzw. Aussparung (70) der Steuerscheibe (25) herbeizuführen. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Fixierstift (43) einen spiralförmigen und/oder exzentrischen Abschnitt (72) aufweist, um durch Verdrehen des Fixierstiftes (43) eine Justage des Verdrehungswinkels (α), den die Steuerscheibe (25) gegenüber der Anschlußplatte (26) einnimmt, herbeizuführen. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche soweit auf Anspruch 2 rückbezogen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Fixierstift (43) abgestuft ausgebildet ist und einen Führungsabschnitt (45) und einen verjüngten Abschnitt (62) aufweist, so daß sich durch gleichzeitiges Einführen mehrerer Fixierstifte (43) in mehrere Ausnehmungen der Anschlußplatte (26) und der Steuerscheibe (25) eine Fixierung der Steuerscheibe (25) mit einem neutralen Verdrehungswinkel ( α = o) gegenüber der Anschlußplatte (26) ergibt. - Axialkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Durchmesser des verjüngten Abschnitts (62) halb so groß bemessen ist als der Durchmesser des Führungsabschnitts (45).
