Claims (26)
- Drehgestellanlenkung für Jacobs-Dehgestelle mit einer darauf angeordneten Gelenkkupplung zur gelenkigen Verbindung von benachbarten Wagenkästen eines Gelenkzuges, wobei die Gelenkkupplung raumbeweglich gekuppelte Kuppelglieder aufweist, die jeweils an einem der Wagenkästen festzusetzen sind und von welchen ein Kuppelglied schwenkbeweglich über ein Lager mit dem Drehgestellrahmen verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Lager (27) in einem Freiraum (29) zwischen zwei Querträgern des Drehgestellrahmens liegt. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Querträger (16, 17) etwa in Höhe oder unter der Ebene der Achsen (14, 15) eines jeweils benachbart am Drehgestellrahmen (10) gelagerten Radsatzes (11, 12) liegen. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Drehgestellrahmen (10) im mittleren Bereich (13.1) nach unten abgesenkte Langträger (13) aufweist und daß die Querträger (16 ,17) die abgesenkten Bereiche (13.1) nach unten überragen. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Querträger (16, 17) in ihrem mittleren Bereich (16.1, 17.1)gegenüber der oberen Ebene der mittleren Bereiche (13.1) der Langträger (13) nach unten abgesetzt sind. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Lager (27) ein Lenker (24) angelenkt ist, der im Freiraum (29) liegt und daß an der Gelenkkupplung (5, 6) ein in der Drehgestell-Längsmittelebene stehender, nach unten weisender Stützarm (23) festgesetzt ist, an den der Lenker (24) angelenkt ist. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeweils eine der Gelenkachsen (25, 27) des Lenkers (24) in senkrechter Projektion unterhalb eines der beiden Wagenkästen (1, 2) liegt. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Gelenkachsen (25, 27) des Lenkers (24) in waagerechter und/oder senkrechter Richtung verlaufen. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gelenkachse (7) der Gelenkkupplung (5-7) unterhalb der Ebene des Bodens (8) der Wagenkästen (1, 2) liegt. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß einem Kuppelarm (6) oder dem Stützarm (23) der Gelenkkupplung (5-7) am Drehgestellrahmen (10) beidseitig je ein quer zur Längsrichtung (26) wirkender elastischer Queranschlag (28) zugeordnet ist. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Queranschläge (28) am Drehgestellrahmen (10) mittig sitzen und mit Spiel neben dem Kuppelarm (6) oder Stützarm (23) enden. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Queranschläge (28) justierbar gehalten sind. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen dem Kuppelarm (6) oder dem Stützarm (23) und dem Drehgestellrahmen (10) wenigstens ein Querstoßdämpfer (32) angeordnet ist. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gelenke (25, 27) gummielastisch ausgebildet sind und daß dem Lenker (24) in Längsrichtung (26) wirksame Begrenzungsanschläge (31) zugeordnet sind. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Begrenzungsanschläge (31) am Drehgestellrahmen (10, 16, 17) und an einem der Kuppelarme (5, 6) ausgebildet sind. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stützarm (23) starr mit einem Kuppelarm (5, 6) der Gelenkkupplung (5-7) verbunden ist. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Querträger (16, 17) in ihrem mittleren Abschnitt (16.1, 17.1) nach unten abgekröpft sind und daß an einem dieser Abschnitte (16.1) an der dem anderen Querträger (17) zugewandten Seite das Gegenlager (27.1) des Lagers (27) angeordnet ist. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf den mittleren Abschnitten (16.1, 17.1) der Querträger (16, 17) aufeinander zuweisende Begrenzungsanschläge (31) stehen, denen mit Spiel Gegenanschläge (31.1) gegenüber stehen, von welchen der eine mit dem Kuppelarm (6) und/oder dem Stützarm (23) und der andere mit dem Kuppelsteg (5) der Gelenkkupplung (5-7) fest verbunden ist. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kuppelarm (6) und der Kuppelsteg (5) je an einer quer zur Drehgestell-Längsachse (26) stehenden Tragplatte (6.1, 5.1) sitzt, welche vom zugehörigen Wagenkasten (2, 1) bis zum jeweils zugehörigen Gegenanschlag (31.1) reichen und letzteren tragen. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die tiefliegenden Querträger (16, 17) seitlich vom Stützarm (23) mittels Hilfslangträgern (13.2) verbunden sind, welche die abgesenkten Abschnitte (16.1, 17.1) der Querträger (16, 17) nach oben überragen. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 12 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in wenigstens einem Hilfslangträger (13.2) ein Durchbruch (33) vorgesehen ist, durch welchen ein Stoßdämpfer (32) mit ausreichendem radialem Spiel hindurchgeführt ist. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Querstoßdämpfer (32) einendig an einer am zugehörigen Hilfslangträger (13.2) bzw. an der zugeordneten Stütze (33) vorgesehenen Konsolplatte (34) angelenkt ist, wobei die Stütze (33) seitlich vom zugehörigen Hilfslangträger (16.1, 17.1) auf der dem Stützarm (23) abgewandten Seite angeordnet ist. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß je eine Konsolplatte (34) an den Hilfslangträgern (13.2) festgesetzt ist und daß an den Konsolplatten (34) Wankstützen (37) für die benachbarten Wagenkästen (1, 2) befestigt sind. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Wankstützen (37) innerhalb oder außerhalb eng neben den Langträgern (13) des Drehgestells (10) nach oben zum zugeordneten Wagenkasten (1, 2) geführt sind. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Queranschläge (28) über Konsolen (34) an den Hilfslangträgern (13.2) festgesetzt sind und seitlich mit Spiel neben den Gabelarmen des Koppelarms (6) stehen. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 22 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dß die Wankstützen (37) zwischen den Langträgern (13) nach oben geführt sind. - Gelenkfahrzeug mit wenigstens zwei Wagenkästen, deren benachbarte Enden einerseits auf einem Drehgestellrahmen eines gemeinsamen Jacobs-Drehgestells abgestützt und die andererseits mittels einer Gelenkkupplung miteinander verbunden sind, sowie mit einer Anlenkung zwischen dem Drehgestell und einem an einem Wagenkasten festgesetzten Kuppelarm der Gelenkkupplung,wobei das Drehgestell insbesondere nach Anspruch 1 ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Gelenkkupplung (5, 6,7) ein in der Drehgestell-Längsmittelebene stehender, nach unten weisender Stützarm (23) festgesetzt ist, an den ein zumindest annähernd waagerecht liegender Lenker (24) angelenkt ist, der andererseits an einem Querträger (16) des Drehgestells (10) angelenkt ist.
