Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Überwachung eines Durchflußbegrenzers eines Kraftstoffzumeßsystems einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei der Durchflußbegrenzer den Kraftstofffluß zwischen einem Kraftstoffspeicher, einem Injektor und/oder der Brennkraftmaschine unterbindet, wenn die eingespritzte Kraftstoffmenge einen vorgegebenen Grenzwert übersteigt, wobei in bestimmten Betriebszuständen zur Überprüfung des Durchflußbegrenzers der Injektor derart angesteuert wird, daß der Injektor eine eingespritzte Kraftstoffmenge freigibt, die den vorgegebenen Grenzwert überschreitet, und daß ausgehend von der Reaktion der Brennkraftmaschine überprüft wird, ob der Durchflußbegrenzer den Kraftstofffluß unterbindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überprüfung im Nachlauf erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Überprüfung die Drehzahl der Brennkraftmaschine ausgewertet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Fehler erkannt wird, wenn die Drehzahl von einem erwarteten Wert abweicht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Fehler erkannt wird, wenn die Drehzahl nicht abfällt und/oder größer als ein Schwellwert ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Überwachung eines Durchflußbegrenzers eines Kraftstoffzumeßsystems einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei der Durchflußbegrenzer den Kraftstofffluß zwischen einem Kraftstoffspeicher, einem Injektor und/oder der Brennkraftmaschine unterbindet, wenn die eingespritzte Kraftstoffmenge einen vorgegebenen Grenzwert übersteigt, mit Mitteln, die in bestimmten Betriebszuständen zur Überprüfung des Durchflußbegrenzers den Injektor derart ansteuern, daß der Injektor eine eingespritzte Kraftstoffmenge freigibt, die den vorgegebenen Grenzwert überschreitet, und mit mit Mittel, die ausgehend von der Reaktion der Brennkraftmaschine überprüfen, ob der Durchflußbegrenzer den Kraftstofffluß unterbindet.
