  • Bei dem durch Eindrücken der Auslöse-Taste 11 auszulösenden Öffnungs-Vorgang hebt der Riegel 21 seine Verrastung im Dach-Öffnungs-Schieber 5 auf, so daß dieser vom Seilzug-Getriebe S unter Wirkung des sich auseinanderschiebenden Stock-Teleskops 1 mit einhergehender Öffnung des Daches D nach oben in die aus Fig.6 ersichtliche Lage bewegt wird. Da das Seilzug-Getriebe S im Sperrglied 10 fixiert ist, läuft das Seil S' über die Rolle 7 am Dachschieber 5 ab,der Teleskop-Kokon TK schiebt sich konform auseinander und die Dach-Schließ-Federn F2' werden gespannt. Zugleich löst sich der Dach-Öffnungs-Schieber 5 von dem Arm 14c, so daß sich die aus den Teilen 14 bis 18 bestehende Verschub-Einheit mit dem Entriegelungs-Schieber 15 und der Sperrklinke 16 unter Wirkung der Feder 19 aus Stellung nach Fig.2 in die in Fig. 3 gezeigte Lage verschiebt. Darin greift die Sperrklinke 16 mit ihrem Hebelarm 16a in den Hubweg H der Auslöse-Taste 11 ein, wobei die Sperrklinke 16 jedoch noch mit ihrem anderen Hebelarm 16b am Anschlag 12a'bzw. 12a" verhakt ist und der Entriegelungs-Schieber 15 unmittelbar vor der Hakennase 9b der federnden Klinke 9 zu liegen kommt. Darin schlägt die Unterkante 14a" der Stift-Schlitzführung 13,14a an den Querstift 13 an, der Entriegelungs-Schieber 15 stülpt sich über die Hakennase 9b und hebt diese in einer radial federnden Zentrier-Bewegung aus der Ringschulter 10b des Sperrgliedes 10 aus, worauf das Seilzug-Umkehr-Getriebe S die federnde Klinke 9 an der Schubstange 8 nach oben ziehend unter Wirkung der Dach-Schließfedern F2' mit dem Seil S' nunmehr über die Seilrollen 6,7 zurückläuft mit einhergehender Abwärts-Verschiebung des Dachschiebers 5 und Zufaltung des Daches D. Der Zugausgleich Z ist nunmehr zufolge des voll ausgezogenen Stock-Teleskops 1 frei (Fig.10). Bei der danach folgenden Verkürzung des Stock-Teleskops 1 ist der Schirm beidhändig zu fassen und mit dem Griff-Ende und Kronenteil gegeneinander zusammenzudrücken bis der Dachschieber 5 mit einer Buchse 5b in eine dementsprechend angepaßte Aufnahme-Öffnung 12i des Griffes 12 eintaucht mit einhergehendem Auftreffen des Dachschiebers 5 auf den Arm 14c der Verschub-Einheit mit der Auslöse-Vorrichtung A2 und dem Entriegelungs-Schieber 15 und dem Verschieben in die wirkungslose Neutral-Stellung gemäß der Lage nach Fig.1 und 2, in der schließlich auch wieder die Auslöse-Sperre 21 in die Rastöffnung 5a des Dachschiebers 5 einrastet, womit auch wieder die Dach-Öffnung mitsamt dem gespannten Stock-Teleskop 1 arretiert ist in der Ausgangsstellung gemäß Fig.1.In the following, again by pressing the release button 11 The closing process of the roof D to be triggered pivots the button 11 Pawl 16 from the locking position against the stop 12a 'or 12a "against Effect of the torsion spring 18 so that the sliding unit with the unlocking slider 15 and the pawl 16 under effect the spring 19 moves another piece up in the Position shown in Fig. 4.     Claims (14)

    1. Automatically opening and closing umbrella shortenable to pocket size, with
      a first release device (A1) for the opening process and a second release device (A2) for the closing process in each case arranged in the umbrella handle (12),
      a release button (11) arranged in the umbrella handle (12) for joint staggered actuation of the release devices (A1, A2),
      a telescopically shortenable umbrella stick (1) with an umbrella crown (4), a slider (5) guided slidably along the umbrella stick (1) and a canopy rod assembly (2) formed by canopy rod units (2°),
      a first spring drive (F1) for opening the umbrella including a compression spring (F1') which is arranged in the umbrella stick (1) and which together with the opening process extends the umbrella stick (1),
      a second spring drive (F2) for closing the umbrella, including tension springs (F2') which are integrated in the canopy rod units (2°) and which together with the opening process are tensioned,
      a rope pull (S) comprising a rope (S'), of which the rope (S') engages the slider (5) and at one end cooperates with the release device (A2) via a rod (8) mounted slidably in the umbrella stick (1) and a catch (9) arranged thereon, the catch (9) being lockable by means of a hook projection (9b) engaging a locking member (10),
      characterised in that the second release device (A2) comprises an unlocking slider (14, 15) cooperating with the catch (9) and slidable in the umbrella stick axis (X) and also a locking catch (16) slidable synchronously with the unlocking slider (14, 15) and cooperating with the release button (11), and in that this slidable assembly (14, 15, 16) as a function of retraction and extension of the umbrella stick (1) moves alternately into the position ready for release relative to the catch (9) and the release button (11) (Fig. 1, extension of stick 1) in a direction towards the catch (9), and moves away from the latter into an inoperative neutral position (Figs. 2, 3, retraction of stick 1).
    2. Umbrella according to claim 1, characterised in that
      the release button (11) is guided slidably,
      the locking member (10) for receiving and locking the hook projection (9b) is constructed tubularly with a cavity (10a) and arranged coaxially with the umbrella stick axis (X) inside the umbrella stick (1) and supported on the umbrella stick (1),
      the release device (A2) is combined with the unlocking slider (14, 15) and the locking catch (16) into a unit (V), wherein
      the unlocking slider (14, 15) is guided in the cavity (10a) and biased by a spring (19) in a direction towards the hook projection (9b) of the catch (9) and when the umbrella is closed and shortened is supported on the slider (5) by a stop (14c*) formed on a lateral arm (14c), and
      the locking catch (16) is mounted on the arm (14c) for spring pivoting about an axis (17) and constructed as a bidirectional lever of which one arm (16a) is provided for engagement of the release button (11) in the closing process and the other arm (16b) with a locking hook (16b") is provided for locking the unlocking slider (14, 15) at a distance from the hook projection (9b),
      so that in the opening process the release device (A1) releases the umbrella stick (1) by actuation of the release button (11), wherein the end of the unlocking slider (14, 15) is held by the locking hook (16b") at a distance from the hook projection (9b) and the lever arm (16a) comes within range of the release button (11), in the closing process due to repeated actuation of the release button (11) the locking hook (16b") comes free and the unlocking slider (14, 15) becomes engaged with the hook projection (9b) and releases the catch (9) from the locking member (10) and on shortening the umbrella stick (1), with the tension springs (F2') slack, the compression spring (F1') is tensioned and the hook projection (9b) is locked in the locking member (10).
    3. Umbrella according to claim 1, characterised in that the release device (A1) cooperates with the slider (5).
    4. Umbrella according to claim 2, characterised in that the locking hook (16b") cooperates with a stop (12a', 12a") which is provided on the lower side of a holding bush (12a) connected to the umbrella handle (12) and encompassing the umbrella stick (1).
    5. Umbrella according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the rope (S') at the other end directly engages the slider (5) or is guided over a pulley (6) on the slider (5) and connected to the umbrella crown (4).
    6. Umbrella according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the catch (9) is designed to spring radially (←→) on the rod (8) and the hook projection (9b) at the end of the process (Figs. 1, 2) of shortening the umbrella stick (1) automatically latches in the locking member (10).
    7. Umbrella according to claim 6, characterised in that the catch (9) is mounted with radial spring play in a U-shaped hollow profile (9a) mounted or formed integrally on the rod (8), and the locking member (10) is constructed as a bush inserted in the stick end (1c), with a stop ring (10b) central to the stick for latching the hook projection (9b).
    8. Umbrella according to claim 7, characterised in that during locking of the catch (9) the hollow profile (9a) with a pointed end (9a") enters an entrance hole (10d) of the locking member (10) and is supported therein on a slope (10e) adapted to the pointed end (9a") as soon as the hook projection (9b) catches behind the stop ring (10b).
    9. Umbrella according to any of the above claims, characterised in that the unlocking slider (14, 15) is formed by a piston (14) slidable in the cavity (10a) of the locking member (10), with an attached hollow cylinder (15), the hollow cylinder (15) facing towards the hook projection (9b).
    10. Umbrella according to claim 9, characterised in that the piston (14) is guided within a slot (14a) on a transverse pin (13) fixed to the handle and is supported at its end facing away from the hollow cylinder (15) on the bottom (12f) of the umbrella handle (12) by means of a plate-shaped disc (14b) and a compression spring (19) contacting it, and in that on the disc (14b) is mounted the arm (14c) extending upwardly in a cavity (12d) of the umbrella handle (12).
    11. Umbrella according to claim 5, characterised in that in the rope pull (S') is arranged a tension compensating device (Z) in the form of a spring piston and cylinder structure with a sleeve (Z') as the cylinder and a piston bush (Z") guided therein and sprung under the action of a compression spring (D*).
    12. Umbrella according to claim 11, characterised in that the tension compensating device (Z) comes to lie in front of the pulley (6) on the crown (4) within the umbrella stick (1) between the rope (S') and the rod (8) when the umbrella is closed and shortened.
    13. Umbrella according to claim 10, characterised in that the bottom (12f) of the umbrella handle (12) is formed by a cover clipped on the handle shaft (12c) by a clip connection (12h) so that it can be released again, and a cylindrical cavity (12e) formed between the cover and the handle/stock holding bush (12a) serves as a clearance for arranging and sliding the plate-shaped disc (14b) and its compression spring (19).
    14. Umbrella according to claim 10, characterised in that the transverse pin (13) also uniformly connects the umbrella stick (1) to the locking member (10) and the umbrella handle (12).
