Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Innenschuh, insbesondere für Skischuhe, Bergschuhe oder dergleichen, mit einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff und einer Heizung sowie ein Verfahren zur Anpassung eines solchen Innenschuhs an die Fußform des Trägers eines solchen Innenschuhs. Um eine optimale Anpassung in einfacher Weise zu erzielen, ist vorgesehen, daß die elektrische Heizung durch mindestens eine im Innenschuh angeordnete heizbare Folie 1 gebildet ist, mit Hilfe welcher der thermoplastische Kunststoff des Innenschuhs zur Anpassung an die Fußform des Trägers des Innenschuhs erwärmbar ist. Vorteilhafterweise besteht die oder jede heizbare Folie 1 aus einer flexiblen Kunststoffschicht, auf der zumindest eine Widerstandsschicht 2 angeordnet ist, deren Enden 7, 8 mit zumindest einer, nach außen führenden Anschlußleitung 3 und einem Stecker 4 verbunden sind. Zur Berücksichtigung empfindlicher Stellen des Fußes können Ausnehmungen in der Widerstandsschicht 2, allenfalls durch eine Aluminiumfolie 5 abgedeckt oder Einschnitte 6, Perforationen oder dergleichen in der Folie 1 vorgesehen sein.

The invention relates to an inner shoe, in particular for ski boots, mountain boots or the like, with a thermoplastic material and a heater, and to a method for adapting such an inner shoe to the shape of the foot of the wearer of such an inner shoe. In order to achieve an optimal adaptation in a simple manner, it is provided that the electric heater is formed by at least one heatable film 1 arranged in the inner shoe, by means of which the thermoplastic plastic of the inner shoe can be heated to adapt to the shape of the foot of the wearer of the inner shoe. Advantageously, the or each heatable film 1 consists of a flexible plastic layer on which at least one resistance layer 2 is arranged, the ends 7, 8 of which are connected to at least one connecting line 3 leading to the outside and a plug 4. To take sensitive areas of the foot into account, recesses in the resistance layer 2, possibly covered by an aluminum foil 5, or incisions 6, perforations or the like can be provided in the foil 1.
